In the heart of stunning medieval village, Quiet location but short walk to the butcher, restaurant and tabac/bar. 5 mins drive to Montignac and the Lascaux caves and beautiful villages of thé Dordogne valley. Lakeside cabin with space for 1-4 people. This recently restored boathouse will give you a real switch off from the modern world feel, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Sleep up in the bedroom or on the extremely comfortable sofabed if climbing the stairs is not for you. Relax on the terrace, take a siesta in the hammock. Within 1hr of the Dordogne, numerous chateaux at 20 mins as well as some lovely local villages. Come and unwind.

Bright, spacious and quiet, I have renovated this house which I live in most of the time. I make it available to you when I'm away and am sure you will feel good there. My cat, horses, and chickens each have a spot on the property. Its geographical location will please you because this house is a real place of tranquility, while being less than 10 minutes from the highway. Beautiful tourist towns within an hour drive.
