Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Urla

if you want to have a head vacation with a sea view, this would definitely be the best choice. We enjoyed it very much. Ms. Hande helped me with any problems as quickly as possible, thank you very much.

Ariettta is an excellent host, he greeted us when we first arrived and took us to the house and placed it. She always answered our questions very quickly. As for the house, it is a house beyond perfect. 10 minutes by car to the center. Highly recommend. If we go to the island of Chios again, we will stay there again.

This was my first time using this app. Frankly, I had hesitations. But the first reservation, payment instructions, the fact that the house felt better than it was described, made us have a very enjoyable holiday. The location is very good and close to the center and also extremely quiet and pleasant. If I choose urla again, it will definitely be my first choice. Between stays with large groups in different countries, I've encountered a small number of hosts who care so much about the needs of guests. Just because I can't find availability in the future, we liked it enough to be afraid to comment well. The house was fully equipped for 8 people with kitchen supplies, table, chairs, board games. It was 5 minutes away by walking to the sea. Although it was early October, we were able to benefit from the sea and pool. Since there are restaurants and markets around, it was possible to go out or order home. We definitely plan to be a guest again. Thank you again.

Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. After that, I will definitely spend the summer here, the house is immaculately clean, Mr. Uğur helped us with whatever we wanted. The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

They were very helpful with the check-in and checkout process. The house was very nice. All the basic necessities were already present. Since we stayed during the New Year, we were also able to participate in the events in the cultural park. We did not have the opportunity to visit the surroundings much, but we did not have any problems with transportation with the taxi station nearby.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Surroundings are beautiful and view from the balcony was great. Definitely need a car to visit places. Local grocery stores 5 minutes away by car. Local beach was dirty so we googled around for better beaches. Mid September the pool was cold so we didn’t enjoy the pool however the place was great for a family reunion of 9. There are beautiful beaches 20-30 minutes all around. Be ready for a very steep drive up to the house and plenty of friendly cats stopping by. There is a soccer field and basketball field 10 minutes walking from the house. Overall I would recommend this place for bigger families! We left with positive emotions as this was our first time in Turkey.

We really enjoyed our time in Urla thanks to Atilla and his excellent villa. It is close to the wonderfull streets of the old town, easy to get to all points of interest. The house has everything you need and it is very clean and comfortable. Atilla was very helpful and responded promptly to all information we asked for. I would definetly stay here again if I returned sometime.

I felt very lucky to stay in a bay window villa so close to the center of Alaçatı. The host was attentive to every question I had. Thanks to the key fob, I easily checked in even though I entered the house late. He even communicated the taxi number when I needed it. The house was spotless when I entered, the bed sheets and towels smelled good. When I stayed in a hotel, I usually didn't get used to the feeling that I didn't get used to when I entered the room, it wasn't here because I felt like I was at home. Even though the weather was cool, I was never cold because the house had air conditioning and a heater and it was adequate. I even wished I'd light the fireplace, but there's no time. I rested my head, the house is both in a location in Alaçatı and calm like outside the city. It was really good for me to have a filter coffee maker in the house. Although I couldn't get into the pool, I loved how tidy the surroundings and the garden were tidy. I wish I could have stayed longer. I will choose you again the next time I visit Alaçatı.

We were with our three kids and it was a very nice stay. The pool and outdoor location is very nice and well maintained. Thanks to Mr. Erdogan who maintains the garden as a neighbor:) In the house we had a lot of space and it was all as described. Everything so clean except the drain in the bathroom. Here the cleaners should have cleaned better. We can recommend the villa in a clear conscience. Mr. Ramazan Tekin is a very nice host and was always available. Thank you

Place was very clean and close to the market. 10 minutes walking to Cesme Market. Mücahit was very friendly and Responsive! Everything was great. I’ll recommend this place for your Vacation stay!
