The place is really great, everything is like in the pictures. Clean, tidy. The view from the window and from the terrace is just perfect🤩. We found everything we needed in the place, maybe it would just be helpful to have a tumble dryer (but we did and without it). It is recommended to be with a car when staying at this property, as it will surely be more convenient to reach the shop, cafes, seaside. Thank you for a great staycation 🥰

We had a great stay. Apartment is spacious and in a good location. Walking distance to the beach and many shops and restaurants. Also near the tram stop. We especially liked the large balcony which is great for enjoying the view of the sea and coastline.

We had a great time. Beautiful apartment. What we liked, a great location, very authentic Spanish vibe around the area. My daughter loved the pool . Bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Bus stop and good bus service nearby to head into San Juan De Alicante beach. (gorgeous beach btw). Large supermarkets all very close by the apartment . One supermarket is a few steps away. Could not fault the apartment, very well equipped. Comfortable beds. fresh linen. Maria was great for the restaurant recommendations. Would love to come back Charles & Maria.

I stayed in this apartment in Alicante for three months, and it had everything I needed. It’s spacious, well-equipped, and has plenty of room for guests, with extra sleeping space for up to three people. There’s a washing machine, stove, and even two air conditioning units, which would be great during the hotter months. The location is excellent—right on the promenade and just a few minutes from the beach. The street can be a bit busy during the day, but it’s usually quiet in the evenings. Overall, a great place to stay with nothing to complain about.

The location of the apartment is just perfect, the sea is just 30 meters away. You can meet the sunrise over the water looking out the window. The apartment has everything you need for living and relaxing on the beach (umbrella, swimming boards, chairs for sitting, balls). The beach in front of the apartment is rocky, but to the right and left there are kilometers of beaches and you can choose any you like. Shops are within 5-10 minutes walk. Cafes are almost at every step. Of the minuses. The nearest big supermarket Mercadona is only in Torrevieja. There are a couple of fish shops in La Mata, but the prices are 1.5-2 times higher. There are no entertainment on the nearest beaches (jet skis, water bikes, etc.), and there are no toilets or changing rooms in principle anywhere. Over the course of two weeks, the green flag was hung out only 3 times, the rest of the time there were waves, sometimes very strong. The overall impression is positive. An ideal apartment to go with the family and children. The house is complete and comfortable. The urbanization with two pool areas and playground. Opposite the development was the beach. We loved it, we want to come back.

Very nice and clean place! All basic stuff tenants might need is already there. Playground for kids was very helpful. Bbq in common area was closed probably due to low season.. Overall would definitely recommend this place!

I had a wonderful 2-week vacation at Salvador’s place. Great apartment, great ubication; everything “around the corner” but situated in a quiet alley; no traffic. Easy to reach by bus C6 from the Airport to Alfonso el Sabio/Mercado, then short walking distance. Highly recommended and I hope to get back there again!

I stayed at this lovely apartment in early January 2025, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The cost was excellent, offering great value for money. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning, with comfortable beds and well-equipped facilities that made the stay very enjoyable. The location is good, though I’d recommend having a car for convenience. While there are a few nice restaurants nearby (I particularly enjoyed Ohana), the supermarket is about a 30-minute walk away. One of the highlights of my stay was the jacuzzi—it’s such a fantastic touch and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Overall, a wonderful place to stay, and I’d happily recommend it to others!

We had a wonderful time at this apartment. The silence, the views, the location, the communication with Patricia and Alicia, the comfort, the heating, the wifi, being able to have our but at home, o all the details (bottle of wine, coffee, everything needed in the bathroom and kitchen, etc.) have made our stay difficult to forget. We recommend it without bookings and look forward to coming back soon. Thank you very much !

This is an amazing apartment right in the centre of Alicante. Extremely central and close to everything you would want, with amazing views over the marina, but still quiet in the evenings which is important. The building has so much character and such a lovely place to stay. The apartment is very well decorated with quality furniture and fixtures throughout. And so spacious - we felt completely at home and didn't want to leave. Olivier was very helpful with checking in and was everything we want from a host. If I could have given it more stars I would have! And if we come back to Alicante this apartment will be top of our list of places to stay. If you're considering this apartment then I can definitely recommend it.

+ Spacious place, as in the photos + Great pool area + Jeroen and Manon were flexible when we arrived, we could leave our baggages until the appartement was ready - Not enough toilet paper (we’ve bought some, did not contact Jeroen and Manon) - The beach nearby can be smelly, sometime you have to go a bit further

The apartment was great, very homey and Eva made sure we had everything we needed and went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our time, she left us some coffee pods, sun umbrellas for the beach and a list of local places to go visit. She was a very thoughtful host and the apartment was cute and cozy. Very quiet and calm even though we were staying in the centre which was good.

I had an amazing stay at Rafal’s apartment! From the moment me and my family arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals. The location was perfect—close to local shops, town, beach and only a 40min drive to Benidorm. 10min drive from the airport which was perfect, yet it was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Rafal was incredibly accommodating, responding quickly to any questions. One of the highlights was the balcony with a stunning view and the Hot tub. It truly felt like a home away from home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Alicante . I’ll definitely be back next time.

Thank you for letting us borrow this amazing apartment in Alicante, we had some lovely days where we could combine work, with some wonderful hours by the pool. We can only recommend this apartment, absolutely incredibly nice place, with a lovely heated pool. And an absolutely incredible view❤️

Had a lovely stay and hosts very responsive and Jazmine who checked us in was lovely. Place and views are amazing from bedroom balcony and roof terrace Worried staying somewhere new with a small baby but place was very clean and absolutely everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay. No fault to host or apartment!!!! The only down fall for us was the steep hill that you need to go up or down for all shops and restaurants especially with a pram. Would definitely return Thanks for hosting us we had a lovely stay :)
