We are 5 minutes from glorious long sandy beaches, or mountain & woodland walks . We are between Barmouth & Harlech which has many shops, restaurants & cafes & Harlech castle. We are 1 hour from Snowdon & 30 minutes from Portmerion.

Very comfortable and superb central location (near Cae Du Spar). Just 5 mins walk to beach & village. No need to drive anywhere once you arrive. Very homely flat 100m from a nice sandy beach

Borth is a quiet location, With a sandy beach - and lots of amenities in the village With pubs cafes And a 2 minute walk to train station. We have a lovely cinema with a wonderful restaurant, Good surfing with surfing lessons available and Kayak hire at Borth beach - Ynyslas 1.5 miles away has drive on beach with sand dunes Also coastal /River walks There is also a golf course a short walkaway.
