House vacation rentals in Unorganized Centre Parry Sound District

Our group of 12 friends decided to rent a spacious house to celebrate the end of summer and our friendship. The house easily accommodated all of us. Overall, we had a great time, although we did face a few challenges. The wifi was down during our stay, and the pool, while usable, wasn't as clean as we would have liked. Plus, the attic floor was hot and the beds were small, despite there being enough rooms and beds for everyone to sleep. However, the house's location, not far from downtown Bracebridge, provided a peaceful countryside atmosphere due to the surrounding trees. At night, we enjoyed sitting around the fire pits in the total darkness. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare three meals a day. Despite the minor issues, the weekend was truly memorable for all of us. Our communication with MYAH was excellent, as they promptly responded to our inquiries. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick getaway without having to travel too far from town.

We had a great weekend at this cottage! The cottage was clean, cozy, spacious. It had everything we needed for a fun filled weekend. The hot tub, pool table and ping pong table were just some of the highlights of this cottage. Amanda was very accommodating and responsive. She provided all the information needed in order to have the best time. The location was ideal, very peaceful, surrounded by nature, lots of privacy. Overall, this cottage was a perfect escape from the city. We would highly recommend it for anyone looking for an enjoyable getaway. Looking forward to coming back!

Ben’s Airbnb is a prefect place to stay for our 6 adults and 3 kids Family Day long weekend getaway! Ben is always helpful and responsive host, he replied to my message within a few minutes. His place is clean, beautiful, modern and spacious. We had a great time! Recommend Ben’s place to anyone looking for accommodation in Huntsville!

Amrik was a great host, the pool was a great spot to hangout by during the hot weather. Amrik was quick to respond when we had questions. Hope to be back !

I don’t normally leave reviews I generally forget. But I felt compelled to do so after this trip. Kids had a blast!!! Planned a trip down south but highway was closed due to weather! We messaged very last minute and host responded very fast. Technically saved our family trip! Thanks

We had an amazing stay at Lori's place. Super clean and great location. Beds were super comfortable. Lots of amenities and little extras too. Thanks for making our stay in North Bay so enjoyable. Looking forward to staying again.

Paula made our stay amazing again! The fire was going and the place was toasty warm. We were lucky enough to be there while the goats were having their babies and Paula let all 5 kids stay out with her for hours. We all had an amazing peaceful weekend. Highly recommend!

Our stay during the holidays was great, we were 7 and everyone was comfortable, was big enough for everyone, the beds were so comfortable, the house was just so perfect felt right at home, great for big family’s or small family’s the house was wonderful, Renee even brought over some treats from Dairy Queen for everyone, cause they were stoping buy to drop off a blender, really amazing people very nice, when we arrived at the house the day we checked in there were snacks for us that was really nice, it’s definitely worth the stay the house is perfect, won’t find any better, I would definitely stay again

The place was amazing . Lots of room and super clean . The kitchen had top end appliances and everything you could need or want to make any meal . The view was amazing from the entire house . You were really close to all shopping and downtown yet you feel like you’re nestled in the forest and very private. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit beautiful Huntsville!

The house is spacious, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The flexible check-in and check-out made our stay even more enjoyable. Fantastic hosts and a beautiful place to stay. Hosts were very informative, responsive and flexible. Home was clean and exactly as depicted in the photos. The location is perfect for a relaxing get away with lots to do in the surrounding area. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend.

We had a very pleasant and relaxing weekend at Art’s cottage. The place was very clean, modern, welcoming, and in a nice and quiet location, yet close enough to the next town. Communication was great and the place exceeded expectations. Would definitely go again.

Rob was great at communicating and kindly offered an early check in (although we didn’t actually end up arriving till late). Good location - few mins walk to Huntsville Main Street (nice tasting beer menu at the Brewhouse). Extra bits like plastic plates and games were great for our boys. Thanks for a great stay!

Kim was really communicative and good about making sure we had everything we needed for the weekend. Easily reached, easy to work with. We spent the weekend fishing/snowmobiling and the location was very good for access to Lake Nipissing. Fishing is always good on the South Shore. Space was spacious, clean, multiple bedrooms. Kitchen well stocked. Everything you need.

Greatest place we have found on Airbnb. Spacious house, extraordinarily clean, private location. Can’t think of anything better!

Becky’s cottage is perfect for a family stay in Muskoka. The cottage is incredibly well designed and appointed with tons of small touches that make the stay outstanding. Both the main cottage and side cottage provide ample space for all parties and the outdoor space from docks to patios give everyone tons of space to enjoy the outdoors. We hope to stay here again soon! Derek

Amazing location to stay in. Pristine accommodations. Super clean, comfortable, spacious, walkable to beach , a marina, walking trails , downtown and many close by restaurants. Paula is an excellent host, she thought of everything for our stay, including info for local attractions and restaurants. All the beds were super comfortable with luxurious bedding, lots of extra blankets for cool nights, very clean bathrooms and loads of available towels. Kitchen was very highly equipped and sparkling. She even thought to have full bird feeders on the premises so we would be entertained by the numerous birds! Paula was a very kind and patient host…. I accidentally left the key at a restaurant and when I called to ask to find another she was very understanding and kind. Great value for our vacation dollars!!!!

This Lake Nipissing rental was very much what we were looking for to do an ice fishing outing for 6 mostly retired guys – it was almost directly in from Lonely Island (about 1.5k walk). The actual cottage is very large, and it was nice having 2 ½ baths. The kitchen is very big with a huge island that also works as a pub height dinning area and there are tons of cabinets with all of the kitchen utensils/accessories you’ll need to make great meals. There are a few rough areas, which comes from a lot of use (e.g., trim work, a few chips, dents and worn chairs, shower heads, etc.), but for a northern cottage rental I would say it would be 4 to 4.5 stars and for an ice fishing choice I must give it 5 stars. I will very much consider this location again if we decide to do another ice fishing trip to this location again in the future and if you were doing a non-winter trip, I’m sure this location would be a perfect area with boat access and placement on the water for a large family outing.
