Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in University Place

A perfect stay! Great location, very comfortable and well well maintained! They were so responsive, great hosts. As mentioned in previous comments, there is no natural sunlight since the windows overlook at walkway (so you'll have the blinds closed) but it was a wonderful stay nonetheless!

Had a great stay while in town for a concert at the Tacoma Dome! Only had a small issue with the parking. We had payed extra to park in the secure garage and the instructions said there would be a remote fob and a permit on the table when we checked in, however they weren’t there! Sounds like it was a minor mix up with a new cleaning person. We contacted Andy and he responded right away and brought us the pass and the fob we needed in one hour. We preferred to park in the garage for safety reasons, but had no problem leaving our car in the free street parking right in front of the building while we waited for him to arrive. It worked out great! Just a heads up that this Airbnb is located at the top of a fairly steep hill, so keep that in mind if you’re planning on walking to access the light rail/food.

Beautiful location! The room was just as pictured and more stunning in person. Room comes with pretty much everything you need. Bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable, and it gets a tad noisy at night from normal city noise, but other than that the day is fantastic. Easy check in and check out!

Great spot downtown, very walkable, with lots of restaurants, clubs, and cafés within walking distance, as well as the harbour and Pike Place Public Market. The views from the apartment are very, very nice. This was our first time to Seattle and definitely want to come back.

You can’t beat the location! The city view from the balcony is awesome! Pool, hot tub and sauna are an added bonus. Ken was kind and helpful with recommendations!

this place was amazing! super easy to find and right down from the light rail. pikes place is just steps away which was amazing to be able to explore the first day we got there. all other sites where walkable with a 20ish minute walk. space was beautiful and exactly what it was pictured. inside was clean and private. there was road noise but to be expected in the city and there were ear plugs offered. honestly I didn't mind it and slept like a rock. didn't hear other tenants while in building. also the front desk guys were great when I forgot my key for and also great help with directions. Will for sure book with Olga when visiting again!

A great place to stay as it’s close to coffee and shops and food. The apartment is small but has everything one might need and was quite clean! Ellie was also helpful with some packages I had delivered. Thanks:)

We can't say enough about the Ballard Gallery AirBnb. We have stayed there multiple times while visiting family in this Ballard neighborhood. Candace and Nate are wonderful hosts and their AirBnb is comfortable, quiet, and very clean. We look forward to being able to stay there again in the future.

Accessible and quiet place, has everything you need and super walkable/close to bus stops. Has everything you need for a long-term stay, the kitchen and bathroom are well stocked. Rooftop is beautiful for sunrises and sunsets.

This rental was a fabulous home away from home while my partner and I explored Seattle. We were cozy and comfortable. We walked to the aquarium and throughout pike place market with no problems. Many restaurants conveniently located nearby. Claire was a very friendly host and was helpful when we had a few questions. I highly recommend this rental!

Stayed here for a couple of days on a short trip. Very conveniently located. One can walk easily to downtown. The hosts provided lots of instructions and the communication was excellent. The apartment was clean and spacious. We had access to the gym, which was also a convenience. Would stay here again.

Had a great stay at Jing’s place. Enjoyed the view of the space needle from the window and the rooftop deck. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had the basics for simple meal prep. Check in was easy and the condo is only a couple blocks from museums, the space needle and the monorail to get downtown. I mostly walked as you can get downtown or to pike’s market in about 15-20 minutes. Great location. I would come back.

This place looked exactly like the photos, it was SPOTLESS, comfortable & the location was perfect. I would absolutely book this location again for a city stay. The building was nice and I felt safe. Host had very clear instructions from start to finish, along with local recommendations.

Great 1 bedroom in a nice and secure building with courtyard, gym and small indoor pool. Apartment has washer/dryer, everything you need to cook, coffee pot, soaps, etc. nice size bedroom with small desk, open plan living room/kitchen with small table and bar/barstools. Plenty of room for a couple with 1-2 small kids on the pullout. I was warned about potential street noise on weekend night but didn’t find it loud at all. Fan/white noise machine would have taken care of it anyway. Nice coffee shop and bar/restaurants right downstairs. Easy walk to market, art museum, etc. 2d time staying in this building and would stay again. Greeted by property manager, who made sure I knew where to find everything and could get in and out easily. Good value for the $.

Super clean and super cute. It’s a great location that’s not far from downtown Seattle if you have a car.

We really enjoyed our stay in Justin's large cozy home! The bedrooms were tastefully decorated and all the beds were super comfortable! My kids loved the huge expansive backyard, and enjoyed the water guns and silly string supplied for them. Justin was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was super responsive, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this home!

This was a great place for the 8 of us! We had plenty of room to have some privacy when we wanted it, and space to gather when we wanted to socialize. 3 1/2 bathrooms were a big plus, too. The entry stairs, and narrow driveway were expected, so not a problem for us at all, but we were thankful that the light snowfall the evening of our arrival didn't lead to icy surfaces! The kitchen was well-stocked and had nice appliances. Thomas was a very good communicator, prompt and friendly. The neighborhood was walkable and quite interesting in its varied architectural styles. The Whole Foods and Total Wine stores were just a short walk away and Uber and Lyft made everything else convenient to get to. Highly recommend Thomas' place.

Stayed with a group of friends (6 total) and had a great time at the house. we appreciated how much room we had in the main floor to eat and hangout while also having a full kitchen that didn't feel too small for our group. Our hosts were extremely responsive to my messages whenever I had any comments or questions. If we're ever in the Seattle/Tacoma area again, we'd love to stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful views from this waterfront home. Plenty of room for our family of 5 plus Nana to spread out enjoying indoor/outdoor living. Well appointed including fun water toys ie paddle boards and kayaks. My husband commented this home being the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Excellent communication from Mike and Eva. Definitely would stay here again.

I was lucky enough to stay at The Oasis for my bachelorette party! Jeffrey was an amazing, responsive host who went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing time. The place was beautiful, spotless and so relaxing. I felt like royalty sleeping in the luxurious bed and enjoying the heated floors, spacious shower upstairs. I can't forget to mention the oversized hot tub that we enjoyed after a long night out on the town! 10/10 would recommend staying here!!
