Pet-friendly vacation rentals in University Park

Brad and Amanda's was a cozy piece of comfort in a quiet neighborhood. My dog and I were very happy with the accommodations and will be back if they are gracious enough to have us.

This is the perfect spot of you want to be near Deep Ellum and downtown! The house is tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood and is great for families or groups. Everything was clean and in working order. The host is responsive and friendly. We were within minutes of shops, galleries, restruants and nightlife. Loved it!

Very nice area quiet would def stay again

This peacock theme home was actually as described. It was quiet and I got to see some peacocks strolling in the neighborhood. Overall, I would reach out to Taylor for another stay if I’m ever back in Dallas. Thank you for an incredible home.

I will definitely stay here again. Updated house and comfortable beds. Neighbors were nice and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Great backyard and fenced in. Great for pet owners. Conveniently located. A little vague on instructions for check out, but Valentino was quick to respond to my questions.

I’ve stayed in Dallas multiple times, but this has definitely been my wife and I’s favorite Air B&B. Beautiful view from the room. Amazing location. Right in between the American Airlines Center and Deep Ellum. Easy check in. Guaranteed parking. And all for an amazing price. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Timothy’s place was everything I expected with an Airbnb. My family and I felt right at home, and we appreciated all the amenities. All the appliances, beds and sheets were clean and well maintained. The house was spacious for my family of 8.

I have stayed with Troy now on two separate occasions. The decor in this place is absolutely gorgeous, and stacked with beautiful foliage/plants both inside and out. Troy was very accommodating and responsive when I made my second request for booking but also very respectful of my privacy once I arrived on location. I would love the opportunity to stay here again in the future and look forward to it!Would definitely recommend.

It was very good we all liked it and especially that master bathroom that was awesome. The hot tub was so nice and in a quiet neighborhood where no people are hardly outside. You can park in the front of the house or the back with a driveway. The upstairs of the house had an air hockey table and nice bean bags which is so amazing. Jennifer is a great helper she can text you back on what to do about basically anything just ask questions and she will help you! Me and my buddies really loved this house and it is worth it to stay at when it is super warm outside.

I recently stayed at Cash and Sarah’s Airbnb home and it was truly a memorable experience. The space was perfect for my intimate birthday gathering! I thoroughly enjoyed the amenities provided and the outstanding hospitality. Every step of the way they over communicated any questions I had or ones I hadn’t yet thought to ask. Enrique is a pleasurable person and an attentive host! I had a couple of requests that were fulfilled expeditiously. The guesthouse was spacious; very clean; stocked with the basic amenities and it matched the listing description to the letter. There is a convenient Supermercado that is well-stocked like a small grocery store within a few steps. The community was quiet and the people were very friendly. Although the guesthouse is in a school, the side streets offer an easy work around during peak hours. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back!

A very lovely home with lots of space and VERY child friendly (literally thought of everything! Nice bedrooms for couples. Nice size beds with 2 of the beds having memory foam if that’s your thing. Very clean, would recommend

The house resembled something straight out of a fairytale, boasting an impressive high ceiling that gave the space an airy feel. The tall, ornate doors added an element of grandeur, inviting us to explore the enchanting interiors. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, ideal for family meals and gatherings, where we could all come together to enjoy our time. One of the highlights of our stay was the luxurious heated pool and spa, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. During our short visit, my family and I made wonderful memories, largely thanks to William, who was a true delight to converse with. His captivating stories about the history of the house and its surroundings brought the place to life in a way that made our stay even more special. The setting itself was remarkably peaceful and offered a sense of privacy that was hard to come by. Surrounded by natural beauty, it felt like our own little haven away from the busyness of everyday life.

We stayed for a few months and loved it! House was perfect for us, host was great, it was everything we expected and more. Would most definitely recommend!

I've stayed in many Airbnb rentals and this one really stood out. It was pristine, beautifully renovated, bright, cozy and at the same time spacious. Loved the grill, the fireplace, the extra large master bathroom with plenty of closet space, the high-end linen and comfortable beds. The modern and fully equipped kitchen was ideal for all the great meals we had during our 2 week stay. David was flexible, responsive and a pleasure to communicate with, Absolutely perfect.
