Vacation rentals with a fire pit in University City, Philadelphia

House was nice and convenient location. Host was nice to let us check in early as we arrived at 9am. Space was clean, the bathroom is beautiful. Rooms and beds were comfortable.

Really fun time with my kids and family here. Beds were very comfortable. Great for the family with all the board games and the arcade game. Comfortable couch, large table for dining, good set of cooking pans and pots. Parking spot was great to have.

The home was beautiful. Mary was a great host. Very responsive. Worked with our check in schedule. Gave detailed instructions. Highly recommend staying here. 100/10 would stay again

Wow this place is fantastic! From the moment you walk in you feel totally taken care of. Everything is super comfortable and cozy: beds, common areas, bathrooms…and we loved having a fireplace to curl up in front of! It is clear that there is intentionality with every design element. Everything was elegant and beautiful. We loved being so close to the city and David was a fantastic host and made sure we were well taken care of. Overall I would strongly recommend!

What an incredible stay. The place was so modern in its charm. The living space was great and spacious. The attention to details were outstanding. The backyard set this apart from most. You felt an urban rooftop style feel. The host did an amazing job on this property. The convenience of the bridge into Philadelphia was awesome. A 17-minute drive to the Philadelphia International Airport. And 13min to downtown Philadelphia, I will look to stay again with my family

Very nice place, looked exactly like the pictures. The house was actually bigger than I initially thought. Great location i was born and raised about 5 mins from the location so very safe for me. I'd love to always stay there when traveling back home.

We had an amazing stay at Liam’s place! The space was incredibly cozy and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. One of the highlights was the private rooftop – it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views after a day of exploring. The neighborhood is wonderfully quiet and residential, a nice break from the hustle and bustle of downtown Philly. While it’s not located in the heart of the city, it’s only about a 10-minute Uber ride to downtown, which made it super convenient to get around. Liam was a fantastic host, and we’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat close to everything Philly has to offer. We’d definitely stay here again!

Kenji-Tonja’s place is in a great area in Fishtown. A diner and green eggs cafe is at the next corner and a bar at the other. Great local fast food eats on aramingo, close to 95. Clean space with lots of lounging areas, very homey feeling. I enjoyed my stay!

I had the pleasure of staying at Najia’s place for nearly a week, and it was truly a delightful experience. This beautiful Airbnb exudes the charm of a Mediterranean home, with its stunning décor and thoughtful touches. I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Philadelphia and its suburbs. One very minor note is that the windows, adorned with gorgeous glass decorations, but it’s hardly an issue if you’re comfortable keeping the lights on. Overall, it’s a wonderful stay, and I would happily return!
