Vacation rentals with a fireplace in University City

The house was perfect. Very cosy, charming, and clean with modern appliances, comfy beds, and updated bathrooms. It was great to find such a nice place that would allow us to bring our dog, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great place in St. Louis! This was a spacious and cozy house, great for an extended family for a long weekend. Everyone had plenty of room and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need! Lots of little touches, like labels on everything to make your stay great! Very quick ride to the Hill for dinner and 5 mins from the Magic House, Sky Zone and other kid-friendly places. Would definitely recommend and stay again when we come back!

The house looks just like the pictures. We were 5 minutes away from a grocery store. It was easy to access public transportation which was a block away. I would definitely recommend renting this property.

Loved staying here! Airbnb selection in STL tends to be a little lacking in dog-friendly options, and I'm so glad we decided to give Sean's place a try. It was perfect for what we needed - comfortable and with high-end finishes that stood out. The bathroom is obviously the big attraction - it was calm, inviting, and even gave us ideas for our own bathroom remodel at home. But the kitchen was very nicely done as well, and the living spaces were cozy and clutter-free. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our two little dogs. And on top of that, Sean did a wonderful job communicating, and was flexible enough to let us check in a little early - as soon as the home was ready from the cleaning crew. Will definitely stay here again!

I have a Bear at WashU and this house was, hands-down, my favorite place I’ve stayed so far. Walking distance from all my favorites - Kaldi, Snark’s, etc. and on a beautiful street. The house is comfortable and incredibly charming.

The space is great -- super clean as other guests described, comfortable, and well stocked. Ashley was super flexible and accommodating. There were lots of things that helped with our kids (baby gate, dishes, pack and play). Great stay.

We enjoyed our stay even under the difficult circumstances that brought us to St. Louis. The home felt like a place away from home and we highly recommend this listing for others.

Definitely recommend this place! Quick drive to get to the downtown or University City areas. The house was very spacious and Joe was very responsive. He provided really good food recommendations as well. Great stay in St Louis!

Jose’s place was great. Very clean and comfy. It’s in a really convenient location for attractions like the zoo and Grant’s Farm. We will definitely be back!

Bill was super responsive and accommodating. Apartment was exactly as advertised- spacious and well stocked. Safe neighborhood close to a lot of sights
