I booked this apartment for my family vacation to end 2024 and celebrate the new year on our first trip to Puerto Rico. The location is ideal as it is located directly on the beach while having many shopping and dining options from fast food to fine dining all within walking distance. The apartment is well furnished with just about everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. The view from the balconies is indeed priceless. The apartment complex is clean, secure and well maintained. The backup power generators proved to be an asset during the islandwide power outage as common services and water continued to be available without interruption. Luis is an excellent host who is very responsive and attended to any issues which arose during our stay sometimes within minutes of making contact. If you are looking for a comfortable spot to relax and unwind in Isla Verde, this is a great place to consider.

it was a great place for our family if four. it was centrally located for what we had preplanned. Emmanuel was very responsive and checked in on us often.

The location was great. Their communication was excellent and any issues we had which was not their fault but the power companies, they did everything to make sure we were taken care of. We would definitely stay at their property again.

Great central location for northeast side of Island. Definitely recommend getting a rental vehicle to get out and explore. Very quiet, peaceful area. Beach was clean. The condo was also clean, spacious, and having a washer n dryer was definitely a huge bonus. Michael was a wonderful host. We had a small issue in the bathroom (not the host's fault) and Michael was super quick to respond and resolve the issue. Would highly recommend for people who are no frills and looking for laid back, relaxing vacation.

This property was nice and had such an amazing view. Wilfredo was very nice and brought me some fresh aloe for my sunburn. He was also kind enough to accommodate my luggage after check out because I had an afternoon flight. good experience

This was the most money I’ve spent on Airbnb and it was worth every penny. Very clean, extremely peaceful. I loved how it had two balconies and I had the ocean breeze from one side and could see the rainforest/mountains from the other. Beach was about a 10-15min walk and it was very nice and peaceful. I was worried about uber services but it was fine and no issues. I recommend for future guest to use uber eats instead of DoorDash as I had issues with DoorDash. I also recommend using the pharmacy up the road for groceries as it’ll be cheaper to get your food for the week or more that way. Mario had top notch communication. I did have to use my phone hotspot at times to play my game console but overall the WiFi was sufficient enough. Great place, 10/10 recommend, hopefully get to stay again.

Absolutely Perfect - Best Stay in Fajardo! This was my second time staying in this incredible condo, and once again, it exceeded all expectations! The space is spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. But the real highlight? The most breathtaking ocean view you will ever see! Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the constant refreshing breeze made every moment here feel like paradise. The location is perfect - minutes away from restaurants, beaches, and fun activities like boat tours, El Yunque, and the Bioluminescent Bay. It’s the ideal spot for a relaxing yet adventure-filled vacation. On top of that, the host was amazing! Super responsive and attentive, answering all my questions quickly and making sure everything was perfect for my stay. The level of care and hospitality truly sets this place apart. Without a doubt, I will be returning again for another unforgettable family vacation. The best Airbnb PR! Highly recommend!

The place was amazing, I had some trouble finding the key at first but after I found it, I felt in love with the place, is in the 4th floor but easy stairs. The view is breathtaking the sunrise and sunsets beautiful. The place was clean and looks just like the pictures, my kids and I really enjoy this location pools amazing and private gate it location with security…Recommendation Rent a Car for sure.

Spectacular view!! Lucy place was/is beyond our expectations..form the beginning till the end. We had a morning flight & Lucy was responsive with what to do while we waited for checking. The lobby area employees were helpful. And once in the room it was Spectacular - the view & the space. I have 0% complaints. We were able to go downstairs and have a drink at the lobby bar - food & drinks, also access to the beach was easy and once on the beach we had more drinks, food, beach chairs, ice cream and they even had rentals - jet Ski & boat near by. We didn't rent a car - not needed everything is walking distance even the pharmacy. Uber is available also. Not once did we feel unsafe. We couldn't ask for more. This is a beach Apt/Condo be in mind the salt does wear & tear and the wind/rain, it's nature. I hope everyone makes as many memories as we did, just watching the sunrise every morning was/is so amazing. Thank you Lucy, definitely will be back soon.

This was my first time staying at an AirBnB and did not disappoint! The apartment is very cozy and in a quiet location. Exactly as in the pictures and the description. It’s right off the main road and within driving distance of many amenities including beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and local activities/tours. Kima, her husband and their son were very attentive. Checking in everyday or so making sure we didn’t need anything and giving suggestions for entertainment. Amazing experience and already recommended it to friends and family! Thank you Kima & fam!

I had such a wonderful and relaxing time felt right at home but with better weather! I definitely recommend! Raúl was very helpful and made so easy for us to get to from the airport very fast n easy! We had assigned parking and felt safe with security at the gate. Will definitely be back soon!

I had a great time for my solo birthday trip. The pool was awesome and private. The sauna was lovely as well. The bed was comfy and the view of the pool from the bedroom with the double doors was amazing ! Dennis was very kind and offered to help any way he can if I needed anything. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed at the Mango Haven for 5 months, we felt right at home. It was a great price and a great location. I was a little skeptical at first, because there wasn’t very many photos, but was pleasantly surprised when entering the home. It was very clean, very well presented, decorative, and had every kitchen amenity you could need. We enjoyed the outdoor grill. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. We chose the Mango Haven while we were looking for a home to purchase. The host was always great in communication. I felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again or Direct are friends and family who come to visit the island to stay there as well.

Loved this condo! Most helpful and responsive host ever! Checked in before the trip to see what we were planning to do and sent a personalized recommendation list and more! The condo’s location was great for us because it was easy to get to rainforest, it was on the beach, had 2 pools and close to old San Juan. The layout was great and the outdoor spaces were incredible. That rooftop living space I will forever miss! There is 24/7 security but never felt unsafe in the area or anywhere we went off site. Everything we needed for a home base in PR was at this condo! Beds were comfortable, the decor was great, hot tub was a nice addition, all TVs worked perfectly for streaming. I definitely recommend this place we all loved it!

INCREDIBLE, ABSOLUTE PARADISE!!! This was the most relaxing vacation my husband and I have ever taken, and we'll both be 60 this year! This Airbnb is perfection. Imagine being surrounded by beautiful mountains, plants and landscaping in your own private oasis. We enjoyed the fabulous pool, jacuzzi, gazebos, meditation area and, of course, the amazing house with incredible views all around. Every area, from the inside of the house to the surrounding property, was sparkling clean and well organized. Other than purchasing fresh groceries from the local store, this place is fully stocked. You'll need to rent a car to get here, about 50 minutes from the airport. It's located by a 10 mile gastronomical route with more amazing restaurants than you can imagine. The property is gated and completely safe. The best part of all of this was Santos and Burgos (Luis) who own the Airbnb. They were incredible hosts - so very generous, thoughtful, helpful and kind. They've truly become lifelong friends!
