Wonderful long weekend in Deep Creek. Perfect for someone visiting in wheelchair as well, I had messaged the lodge and they made sure we had a clear path to the front entrance. We didn’t realize there wasn’t a stove in the cabin but we made everything work. Would highly recommend

House was absolutely wonderful and had stunning views! We felt right at home on arrival and had some deer stop by to visit during our stay. Loved the kitchen. Smoke alarm is fully functional as we learned cooking dinner our first night. Definitely recommend turning on the stove vent whenever you use the oven. Rebecca was very helpful and responsive with any issues / questions we had. Will say you definitely need 4wd on the driveway with heavy snowfall like we had while there not just all wheel drive but would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay with our family very much. The house is clean and comfortable. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are very clean. In the kitchen there is everything you need, and several televisions that help you create different atmospheres throughout the house. The laundry room is complete and there are enough towels for everyone. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We would return to this house for another winter for sure.

Absolutely loved our very snowy stay! A beautiful house and stunning property. We really enjoyed the on-property trails and scavenger hunt. The hot tub was lovely, although definitely pack some outdoor slip on shoes if you're coming in the winter. My only note for larger parties - the only indoor hangout space is on the first floor and it feels a little small for more than 6 people. I think in warmer weather there is tons of outdoor hang out space, but it may feel a little close quarters inside with more than 6. The hosts were super responsive and accommodating - we had no trouble getting in and out in our 4 wheel drive vehicles despite a lot of snow!

This is a gem of a property. Easy walk to the slopes, restaurants, and lodge. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a day of skiing. Bedrooms were well appointed and cozy. Will definitely stay here again. Host was extremely responsive and helpful!

Great cabin in the woods. It’s quiet and beautiful. Our group had a great time. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and games table especially.

Wow, this was an amazing place. It was easy to find and the host provided excellent communication. The location was perfect, not too far off the main roads but also felt like a very private space. It was also conveniently located near lots to do (we went skiing). The house was beautiful, very stylish but not cluttered. The linens were very extremely nice and the kitchen was well-stocked to make dinner for the family. I also really appreciated the decor-it felt like we were staying in a Pottery Barn home! I really appreciated the Christmas decor being up-it made the whole trip feel magical. This was a great location for our family of four (two adults and two teenagers) to spend time together but not be on top of each other either. We will definitely visit again.

My family had a great stay at Lazy Bear. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the basement game room and we had snow to use the sled riding hill.

Carmen was very responsive and Terra Alta was the perfect location to our favorite spots!

This was a magical getaway with the most beautiful view and cozy house full of fun options for the whole family. I would highly recommend this house for any family looking for a change of scenery and quality time together.

The wood paneling, doors and A-frame are beautiful features of the house. The wood-burning stove in the living room was ideal for a cozy winter stay. The kitchen was stocked with all kinds of amenities- coffee drip machine, Keurig, air-fryer, spices, etc.. The sheets were perfect-100% cotton- as were the towels, and they have a memory foam mattress. I hadn’t been sleeping that well before I arrived, and my first night there I think I slept like nine hours. The decks are beautiful, with the front deck stocked with plenty of wood. Jake was always responsive and kind. We played guitar there, cooked, sang and caught up on much needed sleep. The cost was very reasonable. I would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful house, spacious common spaces with lots of things to do for everyone. Peaceful area with the convenience of the stores near by. The communication with the host was great. Highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful New Year’s celebration time for our family and friends.

Great place to stay when visiting Seven Springs ski resort. Internet is often slow, but the Netflix service works just fine. 3 bedrooms can accommodate 3 families. Enjoy!

Beautiful cabin! Great cozy family room. Kitchen was well stocked and incredibly spacious. Lots of personal touches to truly feel like a home. Wonderful attention to detail all around. Would stay here again for sure! A personal favorite memory of mine was sitting under the covered front patio with a hot cup of coffee as the snow was lightly falling as I listened to the nearby stream. What a great way to bring in 2025! Thank you!

The home was beautifully decorated for the holidays. We came for Thanksgiving weekend as we needed more space to accommodate our growing family. Our family spent a lot of time playing pool & ping pong. We also enjoyed spending some time by the fireplace. We were appreciative of the space for our family for the holiday. Ohiopyle & Bittersweet Cafe is not too far away. Couple of our favorite places to go. We are looking forward to a future stay. :)

Awesome place. They provide complete amenities, felt like a fully functional house, with space heaters in each room and all kitchen utensils. The Jacuzzi was really great. Private and peaceful place to have a vacation

This was a great place to stay close to Seven Springs. It is a fun cabiny environment and is also well stocked for all of your needs. It runs a little cooler in the winter, but if that doesn't bother you, it is fantastic!

This stay is truly how it is described. A luxury cabin, with all the coziness of staying way off grid, but all the amenities of a luxury hotel. Mike and Marta are wonderful hosts that are responsive and really make you feel welcome and at home. The location is perfect for the activities of Deep Creek and Wisp but just far enough in the woods to have deer walking right up to the cabin.

This house was perfect for our family ski getaway!! Not only was it just minutes from the slopes, but it was such a great setting, peaceful, private, and our dog loved the acreage!! House had everything you could need and more! Such a cozy house to come back to out of the cold! We will be back!!
