My family and I were back up north for the holidays and Suzanne's place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location - her residence is quiet and peaceful area, but very close walk to Washington St and all the restaurants and amenities that Hoboken has to offer. Also, very spacious apartment. More than enough room for my wife and I and our two young children. Suzanne was an accommodating host and quite responsive. Very lovely home and we would gladly stay there again.

Travis's place hit all the right notes for us. We know Park Slope well and the location is very central to where our children and grandchildren live. It is also central to everything in the Slope. If it hadn't been a winter visit, the backyard would have been perfect to have our morning coffee. The apartment is very clean, the bed was comfortable and we are appreciative that we were able to bring our dog. It's a great option for a stay in NYC - since public transportation to Manhattan is nearby and convenient.

Jeamcarlos was very accommodating and worked with us to ensure an amazing stay. We host our annual winter retreat, and the home’s location and atmosphere made it the perfect setting for a weekend of sisterhood and bonding.

We recently stayed at Robert’s “Catalina” house and had a wonderful experience. Robert is a great host and made our extended weekend stay so peaceful and simple. The house looked exactly liked the photos and was very clean in person. Robert called the day we arrived to make sure everything was ok and was available for all my questions.

The place easily accommodated the 3 of us and was comfortable including when we had our 3 adult children over for dinner. We were there during Christmas and the Christmas tree was a nice touch. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

This Airbnb was absolutely gorgeous. The pictures do not do it justice! It was beautifully decorated and had every possible amenity that a person would have in their own home. The host was very friendly and she thought of every detail to include in the Airbnb for her guests' use. It's right on the water and had stunning grounds... the furniture inside and out were beautiful and could accommodate a very large family. It was like staying in a resort. You can tell that the hostess took great pains to decorate, furnish, and equip the house with everything possible. It was a beautiful, wonderful stay. (and most notably, it was incredibly clean - specifically the linen and towels, and the entire kitchen, refrigerator, oven Etc. I stay in many airbnbs and this place was spotless. Worth every penny!

This is my second time staying at Elizabeth’s place. We absolutely love it. It is so exceptionally designed and feels so special.

What a great spot! We were so comfortable and relaxed in this quiet, pristine apartment in a Brooklyn brownstone. We appreciated the attention to detail and all of the thoughtful touches that ensured we had everything we could possibly need for a home away from home over the holidays. Greg was super responsive and gave us some helpful tips for getting around as well as some stellar restaurant recommendations! All in all, we had a phenomenal experience and can't wait to come back. I wish I could give 6 stars! This apartment was so spacious, cozy and comfortable with all the toiletries, blankets, pillows you could need. The rooms are actually much bigger than they seem in the pictures, and the design and lighting is on point and make it instantly feel like home. It’s just a block away from the main shopping and dining street while still being quiet, and just a few blocks from the PATH train which gets you into Manhattan in minutes. Such a convenient location making it very easy to commute into the city without the chaos of Manhattan. Ellie was so kind and responsive; she really went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I absolutely recommend this apartment to anymore looking to stay in comfort and convenience in Hoboken!

great place to stay and Jose a wonderful host. Easy directions to get to the apartment and very simple check in. Only 20 mins by bus into NY. Well equipped, had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

I loved this house! It was across the street from a market and Starbucks which made things very convenient with older children. The house was warm and cozy and gave a real feel of a New York brownstone. It was also walkable to the G train which connects to all other trains on the subway to go to all of the main attractions. If I had to be picky, there aren't window coverings in the master bedroom which woke me up earlier than normal, but an eye mask relieved that quickly. I loved watching the little squirrels play in the back yard and I would stay here again. This house made our winter vacation so memorable having my family all together and giving us space to all get ready for our days out.

We were visiting Hoboken from NC to experience NYC at Christmas with our 2 teenage boys. We had never been and were so pleased with the ease of walking for a quick meal, The Brick and The Little Grocery were our faves. Walk a few blocks for a magnificent view of NYC from the waterfront piers or a quick bus ride to the other end of Washington Street with an even better waterfront view of the city in all its glory! It was so easy to jump walk 2 blocks and jump on the 126 and be in mid Manhatten at Port City Authority in 20 minutes. Just blocks from Times Square and a little further north to spend the day at Central Park. Just as easy to catch the bus to the Path station and also be in lower Manhatten to see the 9-11 memorial/World Trade Center and walk through the financial district. Check out Little Italy and Chinatown and then a quick hop over to Brooklyn to see the sunset behind. the Statue of Liberty with amazing city views. Great escape from the hustle and bustle of NYC!

We had a wonderful stay! Plenty of room to unwind after a long day in the city. Everything was clean was absolutely gorgeous. My 8 year old used the word “spiffy” when we walked in. Anthony was very friend and a great communicator. We have a lovely time!!

Our group of 6 adults enjoyed a great weekend in Dev and Jackie’s home! It is a beautifully appointed, clean space and just as described. A quick Uber ride gets you to the PATH train in nearby Hoboken, if you’re interested in heading into NYC. Dev and Jackie were helpful and responsive; we definitely recommend this home and next time we’ll try to book in warm weather so we can take advantage of that awesome rooftop area and its view!

Anthony’s place was a treat. Everything was organized well and easy to access. Place was spacious enough and the outdoor space was superb. Anthony greeted me at the check-in and showed me around the place by himself, which was helpful.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Ann’s place. Subway is very close and makes getting around very easy. Ann was very accomodating with our early arrival too which we appreciated. House was wonderfully equipped and very comfortable. Thank you so much!

Quick last minute trip, she was very accommodating and helpful! Place was just what we needed, easy to get to everything but convenient markets/restaurants in neighborhood all within walking distance. Home was well stocked and comfortable. Would definitely book again when we return!

Just perfect for our trip visiting NYC! It is very easy and safe to walk to the train. The grocery store is even closer… small in size but well stocked. We ate dinner at two recommended restaurants in Jersey City - both yummy! We did not mind hearing a little family sounds at all. And for sleeping… the neighborhood is quiet! Book it and enjoy!

The unit itself was nice and just as described. We found the location a bit far from restaurants and coffee shops. If you are a light sleeper, the noice from the pipes might bother. We got used to it after first night. Commuting to NYC Manhattan was quite easy by bus, it takes about 25-40 min depending on traffic.
