Stand out feature was the host Dave’s speedy response time to your questions. Clean and quiet place. Great amenities. Only neutral remark would be as it is a basement unit, natural light is average, however balcony from bedroom negates it particularly. Recommend this unit without reservations.

Had a long stay here and would definitely recommend it. One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. Very clean, modern, lots of amenities. Place just as described. Host was very communicative, friendly, and helpful. Easy self-checkin. Comfy bed and couch. Felt very at home here. Easy street parking was nice since I had my car with me.

A nice, clean, comfortable place to call home for a week long visit to the East Bay Area. Kitchen is well equipped and there are great grocery stores nearby. Beds are very comfortable and the place is very clean. Quiet enough for downtown Berkeley. We were very happy there!

Cali is literally the best host ever and her listings are always AMAZING!! I use airbnb to book rooms for workers that are working far from home and Cali has always made our guys feel at home. Any questions or changes we need they do their absolute best to accommodate us and we are so grateful to be able to book with them! 10/10 always!!

This was definitely the best airbnb I've found in the area! The space was private and comfortable. Plenty of clean towels, toilet paper, and paper towels (a surprising annoyance of mine with stays other places!). Responsive host. Helpful instructions. Felt right at home in the space. Clean and tidy. Comfy bed, pillows (actually 4 of them, thank you!), and overall temperature of the apartment. Easy check-in and check-out. One thing to note is that it is conveniently located across from bart station, so there is some noise associated with that, but you ARE in the city, so there's that. It didn't really bother me, just something to note if you're a light sleeper (but the bed was so comfy, it didn't phase me much!). I stayed for 12 days, and it was perfect for my needs. I would definitely stay again! Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. There were 5 of us and we were very comfortable. If we had quesitons we recieved a very quick response. The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos and is very clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to Park Street. The apartment has a full kitchen but if you are looking to get out and enjoy the Alameda nightlife (it's not too crazy) it's very easy to walk to nearby restaurants, bars, and coffee places. The dedicted parking spot was a plus, and our son enjoyed the basketball hoop. We will stay here again if we have another larger group.

This was a really easy stay. No long list of rules. No “don’t touch this” signs, no list of checkout instructions. She simply asked us to put towels in the washer and load the dishwasher and start it if possible. Kitchen was better stocked than any other property I’ve stayed in. They even provided laundry detergent. No complaints at all, we had a great stay. Everything was as advertised. My only comment would be that although it does comfortably sleep six and would work great for a family, I don’t know how comfortable three unrelated couples would be. There’s only seating for 4 at the table and in the living room (though there are also 4 counter stools) and the third bedroom is very small compared to the other

We had a great Christmas week in Peggy's house. Peggy is a fantastic host, providing an informative tour of the house, initial food supplies and many other special touches. The house is ideally located with easy access to transportation, restaurants and shopping. We loved the proximity to Noe Valley and beautiful views from the house. We highly recommend this home.

Carlos, Sierra, and Marlene were great hosts! Their commitment to ensuring ease of access to the building was greatly felt and I appreciated the periodic check ins to make sure everything was good. The place is conveniently located and there were plenty of delicious restaurants in the area. I would absolutely book their place again!

The weather was wet and dreary while we were in the SF Bay Area, but Lisa’s beach house has a lot of amenities (cards, puzzles, games) that kept us busy while in doors. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils to cook our favorite meals. It was home away from home!

We would definitely rent Kit’s place again! It was perfect for our family of 4 - kids shared a room but they had separate beds. Beds were comfortable with nice linens. Impressively stocked kitchen with nice touches like tea and spices. The street is busy during rush hour, but you cannot hear the noise from the bedrooms. Encinal Market and Lincoln Park within walking distance. Very responsive hosts and highly recommend!

Nice house that matched the photos. Quiet, walkable neighborhood. Would recommend for anyone visiting Daly City. Not too far out of San Francisco either.

My family and I stayed here for a few days for a trip to San Francisco. It was large enough to accommodate all of us very comfortably. It had all the amenities we needed and the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Christine's place was perfect! Just the right size for two couples, great views, super clean, directions easy to follow, parking easy, and the extras in the kitchen were much appreciated. Furthermore, Christine went above and beyond when we had a little request. Super host, super home!

We loved staying at Gillian’s place. Beautiful unit with great appliances, fixtures and amenities. Well stocked kitchen and spacious living space. I liked the little office nook where I could work, and also the nice multi layered deck. We were within 10-15 of downtown mill valley and there were plenty of food options downtown and close by, including the charming lumber mill development. Very easy check in with clear instructions, great host and lovely place. We have family in Mill Valley and will look to book her place again in the future when we visit them!

michael was a responsive and helpful host and the condo was clean and comfy.

Jefferson was a wonderful host. The listing itself was beautiful. I loved the high ceilings and unique interior design. A great perk is the free parking, which is difficult to get in San Francisco. Jefferson was prompt to answer any questions and recommended places to explore nearby. I'd love to stay here again in the future for longer work trips in San Francisco!

The views and location is better in person. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away for awhile the location was beautiful. The host was very accommodating and left perfect instructions checking in was a breeze I really enjoyed this place.

Beautiful and stylish home in an adorable, safe neighborhood. The mid-mod furniture is amazing, fun space to spend time in. Creature comforts-wise, the kitchen is very modern, great wifi, cozy stove fireplace thing, good blinds for privacy. Only cons- poor shower pressure, no heat in the bathroom. But everything else was pretty perfect, and I thought worth it for the kindness of the hosts, the location, and the pretty space.
