I stayed here for 2 weeks and it was a pleasant stay. This air bnb has multiple benefits such as being spacious, clean, and very private. Karen was welcoming and was there if we needed to coordinate parking, but also allowed for complete privacy and we mostly interacted in passing. The house is situated in a very quiet neighborhood only a few streets away from main street montclair. When I needed to grab food it was a nice and easy 10 minute walk! The three rooms were clean and I found no issues with anything. I would recommend staying here if you are in the area!

This place feels like home. It’s literally a place to visit like a museum the building the furnitures and everything is so cool and insane. We went to celebrate new years in NYC and we stayed at this amazing place for 2 nights which we regretted about we wanted to say more. The hosts were so nice, friendly and welcoming. It was really nice meeting them . We definitely recommend this place friends and families. Thanks so much.

We stayed two nights at Xinia’s place. The place is exactly the same as it is described. Everything was perfect except that by mistake our room was closed when we arrived but It was solved later on. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood from New Jersey with parking lot. Coffee and delicious pancakes for breakfast are waiting for you. It is 15min from journal square by bus and from there the PATH subway to NYC. Highly recommend it for your visit to nyc. We will come back

WOW! Tonja and Tracey's B+B is magnificent and magical. I absolutely recommend staying here. I've never had a more wonderful and thoughtfully held AirBnB experience. The spaces throughout the house are welcoming and beautiful. What's in the listing perfectly describes the space, but there are also countless intangibles that come with your stay. The positive energy and love that is present throughout their home can be felt without trying. They offer everything you might need to support your work or lounging experiences. Stayed here for five days and it was amazing! I felt right at home. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Ron was amazing and even let me check in early. I would definitely stay here again!

I met sunny. one of the nicest gentlemen I ever met. he was helpful, kind and always there to answer your queries. my stay was made fantastic by his presence. you can have good breakfast and coffee. it was fun staying at. location was very ideal, everything was nearby and wonderful.

I’ve been thinking about writing this review since the moment I checked into Tracey and Tonja’s BNB. Let me say, this has been by far the best experience I have had via Airbnb and I am very grateful. This is the charm and hospitality staying at a bnb used to have before it became the capitalist, money hungry system it now has become. Tonja and Tracey as such kind and beautiful people. They were beyond hospitable; explained the property and gave me a tour upon arrival, always available if I needed them, and had an incredible energy to match their charming home. The place is so beautiful and the photos do not do it justice! From the cozy library, to the meditation room, to the suites - everything is perfectly decorated and curated to provide you an atmosphere of peace. My favorite was the soak tub which I was in desperate need of after a stressful few weeks of travel. This was the most perfect place to recharge as a part of my new year self care rituals. I will definitely be back soon.

This B +B was probably the best B+B I've ever been to. And I travel A LOT. The ladies were super hospitable. The place was beautifully decorated, plants and fresh air everywhere. The common rooms were so cozy, and peaceful. You can tell there was a lot of thought put into every detail. I was allowed to stay a little past my checkout time and the ladies were so thoughtful , and did everything in their power to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. There is a library, dinning room, meditation room, backyard and several bathrooms. I can't begin to describe all the attention to details. You simply have to experience it for yourself. Book your stay right now, and thank me later.
