Vacation rentals in Ulua Beach

Pros: great location and very pretty home. You can literally walk or short drive to best beaches in Maui, restaurants, shopping and food trucks. Home has a very peaceful and nice vibe. Well stocked kitchen and most of beach stuff that you will need Cons: home is little bit on older side and could use some darkening curtains. I like to sleep in dark, so if it doesn’t matter to you. This is the best value home. It is still very bright in night due to location on road and gets bright very early in morning. I did not had any noise issues like other guests. It is on 1st floor, so it is a bit hard to carry luggage up and down with kids

Kaon is a good soul and a very nice host. Checkin was super easy, he showed me as well the neighborhood and answered all my questions. He is allways there when u need him, but also very quiet and respects your privacy. His House is a perfect Spot to explore the island

We had a fantastic and memorable stay at Doug's place in Kihei. You can't beat the location--right in Kihei yet set back down a private road and right on the beach. The views out of the windows are amazing, and within a short walk your feet are in the sand, at the ocean's edge where turtles are peaking their cute little heads out consistently. We even encountered a turtle lounging on the beach! The house is stocked with the basics: plates, cups, coffee maker, toaster, nice towels, etc. The beds are comfortable and with the windows open and the fans on, the island breeze keeps the house very comfortable. Doug also has beach chairs and an umbrella for easy lounging. Highly recommend Doug's place!

This was our fist time to Maui. We enjoyed our stay at David’s condo. It was conveniently located to everything Maui has to offer. They had all the needed beach stuff, including chairs, an umbrella, coolers and pool noodles. The view was beautiful and you could watch the sunset from your lanai.

We stayed for a week in this fantastic cottage. The place is simply perfect: clean, comfortable and very well equipped, located in a very quiet neighborhood. The cottage has an awesome deck that enhanced our experience there. We found very good restaurants at a walkable distance (10/15 min) or less of a 5 min drive. Same is true for beaches. Pamela was a great host, very friendly and helpful, with lots of recommendations about things to do and how to make the most of our time there. We can't wait to come visit and stay there again!

Mrs. Barbara was very good at giving us her time every time we had a question about something regarding the condominium. The truth is that my family's stay there was very pleasant. Thanks to her being very kind the whole time. This is something very important that I want to mention. I had to return the unit at 11am, but our flight was not until 4:30 and she allowed us to leave our luggage there for a few more hours. I really appreciate this because our luggage was safe the whole time we were gone.

We enjoyed our stay so much. it was very walkable and there were lots of restaurants and grocery stores with in walking distance. The view of the beach from the laina was breathtaking, especially at sunset.

This is a beautiful place to stay, whether you want to use it as a base to explore Maui or just spend a few days relaxing. Having a private beach right in the backyard meant that we ended every day of our stay either relaxing on the beach or taking a dip in the ocean. The beach chairs, umbrella and coolers provided by Tracey just added to it! The thoughtfully provided amenities in the unit made it a cozy living space. We would fall asleep after a tiring day while listening to the sound of the waves! Tracey is a considerate host who also gave us a lot of local recommendations and was very communicative throughout our stay. This is a beautiful place to stay on a trip to Maui and we would love to be back!

Though the place is a little dated it was a perfect fit for us. It was larger than I thought it would be. It was clean, in a good location had an ocean view. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great stay.

It perfectly fit our needs. It was really nice to have somewhere to dry towels and all the basics were included for a great beach vacation. It wasn't very walkable but everything you need is within a mile or two drive. No complaints about the location. We even saw a turtle from the balcony! Joe was super helpful and responsive.

We stayed in December and it was perfect! The unit was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The unit was stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes, more than enough fluffy bath towels, and beach essentials. The washer and dryer were a great bonus. The bathroom was also very nice and had a ton of hooks to hang wet suits or towels. The unit is just over 100 steps to the beach. In December the beach was great! Warm water and gentle waves. It was never crowded and easy to spend the day at. We saw sea turtles more than once and the snorkeling was great. There are also multiple beaches and plenty of shops and restaurants within a short drive. We had a fabulous time and would wholeheartedly recommend this place.

This condo was perfect for my husband and me! Great location with a quick walk to the beach. We really appreciated the beach and activity equipment provided. Had everything we needed, and the condo was comfortable and clean. Would absolutely recommend staying here!
