Vacation rentals with a patio in Ulsan

Awesome place, better than the photos. Very cozy. In the heart of Haeundae and very close to the beach and the restaurants. Easy to find and access. The host replies very fast. I recommend for those wanting to visit Busan.

I stayed in Busan with my friends, and first of all, the view of the accommodation was so good... As soon as I came, I was stumped while looking at the sea from the terrace. It was so pretty, and the accommodation was very clean, so it was nice. I was so impressed because I could feel the host's thoughtful preparation.. I was able to get in touch with the host quickly, and the bathroom was clean!! I want to use it again next time I visit Busan. 😻

The host is really kind! There were insufficient items in the middle, but they filled it the next day, and the room was so nice!

Overall, they paid a lot of attention to the accommodation, so the kids loved it and took pictures. There are also 3 beds, so it would be good for a group of multi-family or friends to come. It was nice that there were a lot of towels prepared. The bathroom or kitchen was clean. Instead, there were several instructions that said it should be quiet because it was next to the university, so I was a little nervous. I was afraid that there would be a complaint.. And I had a lot of luggage with my children, but it was difficult to put my luggage up to the 5th floor because there was no Elbe. I hope you consider it for a family trip. There aren't as many dishes as I thought, and it's almost all plastic, so I was a little disheartened to use it. It was a loft, but there was no space to eat on the first floor, so I ate at the dining table on the second floor, but the stairs were high, so it wasn't good for going up and down with children and food. It was so good for the price, but there were regrets, so I left it for other family travelers.

The scenery is good and the room condition is good, so I had a comfortable and happy time with my family. Thank you ^ ^

It is close to the accommodation station, so it has good accessibility and is pleasant. There are wine glasses inside, and it seems to have all the necessary items. In particular, the heating in the master bedroom was so good that it was hot! The bathroom was clean and the bedding was comfortable, so it was very satisfying to use five!

It was the perfect place to hang out near Dongdaegu Station with friends, and there was a comfort like playing at a friend's house. So it was nice that the additional bedding provided was fluffy and cozy. I'm going to use it again the next time I get a place to stay in Daegu. 😗

The location is very convenient, an hour drive from Ganchuan Cultural Village, half an hour from Qing Shapu, and there is also a lot of food nearby.

Spacious, clean, peaceful and safe. Little courtyard, with plants and laundry space, is delightful. Mr Kim and Mrs Kim are very, very kind and warm-hearted hosts. I felt welcomed. Friendly neighbourhood. Find Busan people very helpful. I travelled solo and unfortunately, don’t speak Korean. The place is close to both a supermarket, a traditional market, and convenience store. Plenty of choices of eateries and take away nearby as well. Connected to metro and prime tourist shopping area via multiple lines of buses. You can also reach Busan Train Station, Haeundae-gu etc direct via these buses. Taxi ride to airport costs about 15000 to 17000 Korean dollar per single journey as of November 2024. Perfect for those who appreciate living like locals. Big thanks to hosts. Happy to return in future :)

It was so pretty that I could see that every little thing about the house props was done, so I felt like I was on a trip. I was satisfied for 2 nights without any inconvenience, such as hot water, warm room, TV, coffee machine, etc. Thank you for a great place to stay.

The host couple was very welcoming.The house felt like home, so the whole family was able to have a good time.If you're looking for a dog-friendly accommodation with a large family, I'd like to recommend it.

I used it while traveling with my friends. Since it was an independent space, I was able to use it quietly and comfortably. There is a living room, kitchen, and toilet on the second floor. There are 2 rooms and a bathroom on the 3rd floor connected I couldn't use the porch space because it was cold, but when it was warm, I thought it would be so atmospheric and nice to chat with the car. My friends who traveled with me said that the accommodation was really good with Lee Dong-seong. It's close to Suseong Pool, so it's good for a walk. If I come back to Daegu next time, this place is definitely steamy. I had a good rest before going.

If you want a picturesque space, this is it. ^ The sea view is more art than anywhere else. The bathroom was a little separated from the living room and bedroom, so it wasn't uncomfortable to be in the same space as my friend! Even though the window was big, it wasn't cold, the floor was warm, and the heater was warm. It was so nice to rest quietly, peace and comfortably. I never turned on the TV for 3 days and 2 nights! Bathroom amenities, kitchen utensils were all sufficient and the lighting was perfect! I plan to stay here again when I travel to Yeongdo! ^ ^

First of all, the location is good and the facilities are spacious, so it's good for groups. The view was also really nice because there was nothing blocking in front of it. It was a private house, so there was no problem using the karaoke device at all. Parking was unfortunate, but it was possible to park for 5,000 won per day in the public parking lot across the street.

It was very neat and it was so nice to have everything I needed.

The host was so kind The room was changed due to a boiler issue, but when I asked a photo request and many questions, they responded kindly and responded quickly. As soon as I entered, I felt healed by the good smell. The room was warm and cozy, so I was able to rest comfortably, and I think I'll visit again next time I go to Gyeongju. Simple bowls, plates, microwave, refrigerator, etc., were properly arranged, so I was able to use them without any difficulties. I don't want the room to change.
