House vacation rentals in Ulm

Peter and Pija have created a wonderful opportunity to relax in the Allgäu and to be able to reach their sights quickly. If you want to relax in a stylish ambience for a few days and occasionally plan excursions to the Allgäu, this is the place to be!

Christoph and Katrin's house is wonderful. It was even nicer than the photos (very rare!). The house is big and spacious, with very comfortable rooms and lots of places to hang out. The garden is beautifully maintained, private and inviting. The pool was amazing - it was over 30C when we were there so spent a lot of time in the pool which is clean and well maintained. The house is very stylish period house, with mid century furniture and relaxing atmosphere. It was very clean and tidy. There were enough towels left for us (and spares) and clean bed linen on all the beds. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking in, with lots of utensils. There is more than enough cutlery, plates, glasses etc. The garden has some lovely furniture including deckchairs and a shaded dining set. There is a separate BBQ area with a good grill available and a enough space to sit a whole group. There is ample parking on the street outside. In short, we LOVED it and would love to come back.

Sabine is a great host, friendly and great communication

Really very nice and accommodating hosts and a great house, lovingly decorated with a very own style. Somewhat strange for one or the other, it may be that the house is also actively inhabited and is therefore full of personal belongings, but you get used to it very quickly and then feel right at home. We highly recommend Astrid and her husband's place to anyone. 😊

It was like visiting friends. Wonderful garden, space to play for the kids, different corners to discover and relax. And the chickens were a highlight for me. Every afternoon see what they had put back for us. Everything we needed. Gladly come back.

The apartment is well equipped, very modern, very spacious! We were there with two children (5 years, 9 months) - travel cot, high chair and toys were provided for the kids. The sauna on the ground floor could also be used free of charge. We enjoyed the location very much - you usually have to drive a car, but it was nice and quiet, relaxing and we had a little break from the bustling everyday life. We like to come back 😀

Philipp's place was neat and clean. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures. The kitchen offered sufficiently good amenities and had everything you need. The decor was discreet and tasteful. The environment is very quiet and relaxing. There was ample parking. In the area there were some beautiful hiking trails and various excursion destinations to reach in about 30 minutes. Overall highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable and had a great time! The apartment was excellently equipped, there was nothing missing. The view on the lake was breathtaking. The host Fritz always responded quickly and was extremely nice. I would book again anytime anytime. Thank you, Fritz!

Spacious apartment with large table for everyone to eat together. Very well equiped kitchen.

Very nice modern house. Very good amenities, we felt very much at home. Only the mattress in one of the three bedrooms was quite soft. This should be complemented with a topper as in other bedrooms. The location on the outskirts is ideal for dog owners. Kaufbeuren is definitely worth a visit.

We spend two nights and everything was perfect. The house is comfy and beautiful decorated. The hote was welcoming, easy and warm. I recommended ;)

Very cozy little house, everything is in perfect condition, tastefully decorated, warm, very clean, the kitchen has plenty of useful accessories if we want to cook (which was not our case but we often see a lack of various things and nothing was missing here). Wonderful bathroom, toilet and urinal (!!) super clean and separate, small living room with views over the countryside, cozy living room with real wood fire (great in winter!), very spacious floor, huge bedroom (2nd huge tv too), second bedroom and very useful closets. Super quiet neighborhood. There was really nothing missing for the ultimate perfection, we would just have liked small coffee cups and not just 30cl mugs (given the capsule machine) and a better occult velux in the master bedroom because the daylight woke us up very early (while there is a shutter at the main window). But otherwise: really excellent accommodation! Congrats!

We (and a total of 3 dogs) felt very comfortable in this accommodation. Everything was as described and can be seen in the pictures. The contact with Roland was very pleasant and he responded quickly to messages. We definitely recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay at Regine's house. We were particularly enthusiastic about the large, well-equipped kitchen and the spacious living area, both of which were perfect for staying and relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made for restful nights. There is much to discover in the area – the Rock Sea Wental was a special highlight of our stay. Overall we had a great time and would love to come back any time. Thank you, Regine, for the hospitality!

Our host was gracious & very helpful. He checked us in with clear instructions on how things work which was very helpful understanding it all from doing laundry to the sauna and everything in between. We appreciated how clean the house was as well. It easily accommodated our large family quite comfortably. The location for us was perfect & made our plans easily accessible. It really had it all. Perfect place to stay – it couldn't get much better! Our stay was simply fantastic! The place was sparkling clean, the kitchen superbly equipped – there was really everything you could want: dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, and even coffee with matching filters. A particularly beautiful gesture was the welcome gift in the form of wine and beer – we felt immediately welcome! The pool was already preheated, there was plenty of wood supply, and thanks to the privacy blinds at the pool and sauna we were able to enjoy the time there absolutely undisturbed. It was wonderfully quiet and secluded, great for unwinding. The chickens in the garden were a charming highlight – they were cute to look at and not disturbing at all. The hosts were fantastic: super friendly, courteous and available at all times without being intrusive. They gave us great tips for restaurants that rounded off our stay. All in all it was perfect! We will be back!

We felt right at home and felt welcome. A few treats were left for us and our dog, which we were very happy about. The cottage was very cozy, clean and we didn't miss anything! Thank you so much for letting us stay with you, dear Petra

We were there for a short vacation with our three children. The house was perfect for us as a family. There were puzzles and games for the kids and plenty of room. We felt very comfortable and Verena is a very nice landlady!

Beautiful well and well-equipped modern apartment. Located wonderfully quiet in a small new building settlement in the countryside. Still very close to Biberach.
