Very pleasant stay, very clean in the house, easy contact with the owners, all things done on hand, 10 minutes walk to the beach or cliff, where you can watch the sunsets. Hosts greeted us with local fruit, arrived by car at the airport for an additional fee. We recommend trying grilled fish with Jamie Oliver's friend! Highly recommended!

The property really exceeds expectations - the house is on the cliff with fantastic views from the balconies and the porch. In the place, we found all we need. Stairs lead you down to the small beach. Access from the road is very easy and the parking space is big and convenient. In walking distance you can easily find all you need; also the big supermarket is in 15 minutes drive from Dobra Voda in the Bar. In 10 minute walk along the seaside, you can get to a number of nice restaurants and a public beach that we did not use as it is very crowded. At check-in, we were met by Valeria's co-host Marina who introduced us to the house and showed us all facilities, and explanted the rules. Rules were very easy - we can do whatever we want. She also advised us of the local restaurant in the mountains that turned out to be the best in town - we really loved it. She was also very helpful with small household questions during our stay. Basically, the house is exactly as described. 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room with a fireplace and kitchen. There is a washing machine and small fridge on the second floor. The fridge was extremely helpful to keep whisky, coke, and water that you can have sitting on the balcony. I recommend the place and the host without any reservations. My daughter and I are very thankful for the opportunity to spend our vacation in such a beautiful place and such a beautiful town. Valeria and Marina, thank you very much!

We recently stayed at an incredible accommodation on Ada Bojana, and it was nothing short of perfect! The location is simply breathtaking, nestled right by the Bojana River, with the beach just a short drive away. The natural beauty of the area, with its peaceful surroundings and pristine coastline, made for a relaxing and serene getaway. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a great balance of rustic charm and modern convenience. I especially loved the outdoor terrace, where I could enjoy my morning coffee while watching the river flow by. The sunsets here were truly magical! One of the highlights was the exceptional hospitality. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, this was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful natural setting, I highly recommend staying here.

The housing was super nice and we felt immediately at home. It’s super spacious and has everything you need. Allda answers almost immediately and is very helpful and kind. It was a really nice stay in would recommend. Would come again.

Everything was great, the gas has everything you need. There are a couple of beaches within the walking distance with clean water. Olga was extremely helpful and responsive. We definitely recommend this place.

It was probably one of the best Airbnb experiences for me and all my 11 friends! Zeljiko was kind, extremely friendly and very nice. He is an absolutely great host and the villa looks like it's in the middle of a botanical garden! One of the best trips so far! I highly recommend villa Duda!

Everything was perfect!

Very good communication, the owner was quick to respond to messages. Beautiful balcony with sea and sunset views. Spacious rooms. Upon arrival, there were some cobwebs and dust, and the place is not directly on the sea as advertised. You have to climb stairs or a fairly sharp descent, but it's quite close. Two very good eateries in the area by the sea. Small peaceful village - peace and quiet!!! - huge plus looking at nearby towns full of people, chaos and traffic! Quiet and starry skies in the evenings. Air conditioning in the kitchen and bedroom. Very nice owners. Recommended!

The villa is beautiful, huge, clean, well-equipped in an intimate neighborhood. We were really surprised, the place definitely exceeded our expectations. The view from the land, something beautiful! Hosts have been very helpful and responsive to requests before and during your stay. The villa is great, perfect for a group of 8-10 people, a clean pool, the only fairly big problem is the lack of air conditioning in two rooms, but with the July heat, even with the fans it was hard to stand and sleep in the room.. The house is quite far from the center and the route about 30 min is not the easiest due to the numerous hills, we managed even with carts. You can ask for a taxi, the cost is about 15 euros or a good option is to rent a car and explore the surrounding towns. A huge plus of this area is the peace and the sea view and the beautiful private beach (the urban ones in the high season are terribly crowded with dark sand). Overall, we rate the stay very positively and would love to come back or stay longer.
