If you are searching for a quiet green place for having an individual retreat - our house is the best for you. Located on the river shore in the middle of the forest we have a wonderful complex of nature and comfort. 2 floored wooden house with a fire place and sauna. On the territory we have a small beach, a well with drinking water, parking, wi-fi, hammock zone. We do appreciate privacy of each guest, so do not allow noise after 11.00 pm There is one more guest house on the territory.

Nice house with all amenities 600m from the sea. On the territory of the plot (8 acres) there are two houses with separate recreation areas. There are various beaches within walking distance: both equipped and with wildlife ; several supermarkets, a market, a large shopping and entertainment center, playgrounds and more. Well-developed shuttle service to Odessa ( 30 minutes drive to the center of Odessa).

The entrance of the home is framed by a green vine-covered trellis, leading to a set of steps. Flowering planters hang overhead, while a shaded seating area is visible in the garden, surrounded by lush plants and a well-maintained lawn.
