We had a memorable stay at Latha's listing. Excellent host and very responsive. We were welcomed with a Christmas gift box with lots of eateries. The facilities were all as mentioned. Place is just a 5 mins walk from main road. This will be our permanent spot whenever we visit Mangalore.

Good place but little difficult for swiggy or zomato to reach if you order post 9 PM. so get your dinner before 8PM. place is really good and serene. Neat, clean and homely feeling. Lots of space inside home and perfect for a family. owner gives wifi and couple of bottles. for anything, you can ask the person at reception and he will give you everything required. Its a home away from home. I loved it.

Most humble and cooperative host is Mr. Vijay. We had the best experience on our stay. The property is very clean and maintained. Overall I give 10/10 fir the hist and property.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rajat’s apartment for the second time, and it was just as wonderful as the first visit! It was although not next to beach but beaches were very near by. Within 1.5km radius. You can see lighthouse and beaches from balcony. Overall good experience.

I recently stayed at this wonderful airbnb. The place was spacious with 2 bedroom, a hall, a kitchen and a lovely balcony. It comfortably accommodated our group of 5 and was an excellent deal. The host was responsive, and the caretaker was sweet and helpful. Being close to nature and just a short distance from Malpe beach made our stay more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Great place for a relaxed and laid back vacation, especially if you are with a family. The location is decent and can be accessed quickly from the highway. However, it is a little away from Udupi city (expected) which makes accessing restaurants a little difficult. We found a good option at the toll gate (Mayura) which is 2km away. There's a ferry terminal 5min away from the property using which you can cross over to the beach nearby (even with your car) and I'd totally recommend this. The property manager recommended this and we totally enjoyed the experience. We didn't use the pool at the property since it was almost always raining when we got there. It was a little dirty with fallen leaves because of the rain but the caretaker cleaned it up as soon as we arrived. The caretaker was extremely helpful as well. Overall, we enjoyed the experience. We did feel like the price could be slightly lower than what we paid in Airbnb but it's not bad.

The house is good and homely. They have very beautiful home. but only thing to look out is if your coming in big SUVs make sure to be careful as the approaching road is little small and also they have good and big parking space.

The stay was very good with all listed amenities. It's a very good place to stay if you a group 4-5 people and if you need to stay near to Agumbe. We covered Kavaledurga fort and Varanga jain temple. Karkala and many others places are nearby. Praveen helped us with the restaurants nearby and with the places to visit. Had a very good time here. Thanks for hosting us.

we stayed for 3 days and felt at home . The host was very helpful and stayed connected throughout our stay . location was good and easy to get Auto/ taxi to move around . Kitchen was well equipped and had everything what you would need for a short stay .

The place exceeded my expectations. All the facilities were well and functional. Everything was well thought out.

Mr Rao was extremely approachable and responsive to any issues that i faced. The apartment was neat and clean, in a complex which is conveniently located in the heart of Manglore. Check in and check out process was smooth as well. Enjoyed my stay there.

The house is very homely and good and it itself is in good community even though the house is in parking area and had a nice experience of this community. It was our 1st time experience to see such a kind of building. Even the host is very much clear in communication and responsive also.

Lovely place to stay, it was really clean and felt like home. Not a single negative I could find. Everything you might need during your stay was available, books, board games, kitchen items etc. The house is very well decorated, looked beautiful and smelled really good as well. A small market with various types of stores is also there at 2 mins walk. Also, Sushma ji as a host was very nice, always responsive and very cooperative. 5 stars from me 👍😊
