This is a great, spacious apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. There are several bus and tram lines providing access to the city center or main station within minutes. Great host too! Highly recommend.

The apartment was very cosy and we loved staying there. It had all the essential equipment, it was clean and the living room and the dining room was very spacious! Nina is also very kind and responsive host, everything was perfect.

For our honeymoon in the Dolomites we rented this beautiful apartment. The apartment was very clean, luxurious, modern and we really felt at home there. Elfi was extremely nice and gave us the best tips for the surroundings and responded quickly. The garden was really a beautiful addition to relax and unwind. A supermarket is located under the apartment, which is very convenient if you want to stay nearby for a day. Bathroom was spacious and modern and the kitchen was equipped with every comfort! My wife and I will definitely be back 😍

Everything was exactly as described, well organized rooms, a very nice wellness shower room, just as you wish. Christian is also a very enjoyable host. We will be happy to come back.

Great place to stay with great hosts. You can see the attention to detail throughout the house. Very nicely coordinated design, beautiful house where you can relax wonderfully, with everything you need and more :-) Many possibilities in the area, (lakes, places, restaurants) all within max. Reachable 20 minutes. Absolutely recommended, will be happy to come back.

Nice, spacious and clean accommodation in a nice location close to everything. The garage where the car can be parked is also ideal. Everything was perfectly arranged.

Amazing location, very kindly left a sledge for my wife to use!!! Went above and beyond!!! It was perfect for what we wanted and throughly enjoyed our week. Special touch leaving a fresh bowl of fruit made us feel welcome. Information on places to visit was perfect and the sauna was a lovely touch.

My family and I have stayed at Airbnbs around the world. This was easily our favorite accommodation. It is a stunning, spacious, and well-equipped home with amenities to spare. My entire family’s only regret is not staying longer. We hope to return one day soon. The host was also a gem.

Sigrid welcomed us extremely warmly. She was always available for us and the cottage is really spotless, very well equipped and very attractively designed. We immediately felt very comfortable and enjoyed the stay. Next time, we'd like to stay a little longer. The bathroom, the well equipped kitchen and the living room with the bluetooth system and the fireplace, the games cellar and the beautiful terrace with grill and existing charcoal were all highlights for us. As well as the delicious cake that was ready for us on the table upon our arrival:) All in all, we would say eleven out of ten stars, we would love to come back and would recommend this place to anyone! Michael and Lena were very nice hosts with a great house in a great location. It was all as in the photos, we felt right at home there. The cats were great, very affectionate and cute, we missed them after the holiday! You can do a lot in the area: cycling, hiking, swimming, sup riding,...We would definitely come back.

We had a great time in Florian's house. It's big, neat and well located. Florian is very reactive by texting and he gives all the informations needed as well as recommandations for good restaurants. I highly recommand

The apartment is simply ideal, you have a parking space, the city center can be reached on foot in 5 minutes and yet you have your peace and quiet if you are there like us to the music festival and the whole city shakes. We also really liked the small garden area, ideal for balmy summer nights. Gabriele and her daughter were extremely helpful and the communication worked great. Highly recommended.

Rainer was incredibly nice and helpful. Have not understood how the bathtub works, that you first have to press the button tightly. Here he is also directly high and was quick to help us out. :) Really very spacious and beautiful. Especially the lots of sun that falls into the apartment.

The place was very pleasant and exactly matched the pictures. Marco was kind and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We had a lot of fun and were able to enjoy our time to the fullest. Especially great was that we spent a few days in Mayerhofen to snowboard – a great experience! All in all a completely successful stay.

the four of us stayed in the apartment ( two adults and two children) in the living room there would be a large table where we all had enough space and could also play nicely. the kitchen was well equipped with everything. Even flushing taps, coffee, salt, oil, etc were available. We can recommend them apartment at any time.

I would say this has been our best AirBNB stay yet. The apartment was very modern and had all essentials. It was about a 3 minute walk to the train station. Can’t wait to stay here again!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the furnishings are very tasteful and the equipment is great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are easily accessible on foot. We have also received very helpful tips for excursions from the hosts.

We’ve been trying to escape from city life and ended to Sabine’s place. It was an amazing vacation on my birthday. We really felt homely and peaceful atmosphere. Thanks for always being responsive.
