Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small ancillary building individually for ourselves, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of times gone by. Many things seem to us to be coherent, some are still in the process of becoming. Nix is standard. What is not yet considered by us and makes sense for guests, can usually be supplemented quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden at the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

We have 2 apartments in a quiet location,overlooking forest and meadows. You are only 600 m from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information are within walking distance. The apartment is 45m² and has a bedroom, a kitchen-living room with dining area and sofa bed,shower room and a terrace with lounge furniture and lots of sun.

Haus am Wald

Our house is located directly on the forest. Neighbors are only a few weeks a year. The house / property has about 130 m² of living space, a total of 1670 m² of land area, partly fenced ( the green area in front of the property is not fenced) , so that a dog brought along can also turn his rounds once alone. There is a garden with a beach chair, a buddy box for the little ones, a chill corner and sun loungers. Peace and nature are advantageous.
