the house is a delight. exactly as you see in the photos. it is in front of a beautiful forest, with a wonderful sound of the stream passing by. communication with the marília was great. I look forward to the time to come back :)

Great accommodation and easy access to the historic center and also the main roads to go to the beaches. The house is a grace, very well equipped, we had everything we needed. Very attentive Michele, helped with local tips and always very helpful. I'll definitely stay back in town.

The house is close to the center and the beaches of Rancho (a beautiful sunrise, the beach is more agitated, with more kiosks, people and music) and the middle beach (looks like a natural pool, a delight). Fabio served us super well, as soon as the other host left, provided the cleaning so that we could enter the house first. You've always responded kindly and quickly. The house has everything it needs, it was clean and organized.

Very quiet stay, well located, pharmacy, market and restaurant nearby! 25 minutes walking from downtown Paraty to the house. The Host responds fast, clean environment, everything working. Good kitchen utensils.

I was very well received with my family, the very attentive hosts. The house was spotless, all very clean, very cozy. Swimming Pool, very clean. The very safe place also and well closed, I took my kitty and it was impossible to escape from it too! Finally, everything was great, for sure from the world I will come back more often!

Quiet stay, super met my expectations, very organized and safe place! The Mario host always very helpful and I found the check-in very easy, great pools. It is worth staying in this apartment anyway!!

Second time we rented Maria's apartment and it was great! The apartment is large, very well equipped, has two bathrooms ( with great showers) and very close to the beach! Also, it accepts pets! A tip for those who rent and prefer a more empty beach with a quiet sea: Praia Grande is a block of the apt practically, but we chose to walk to Tenório Beach (very close too), which is wonderful! Because it is well located, we were able to visit the Red Beach and Toninhas as well. The center is very close (by car) with great options of restaurants, has a large shopping mall and supermarkets (Sugar bread, for example). Near the apartment there are groceries, wineries, bakeries, pharmacies.. everyone can go on foot. The Jefferson employee and the trustee are super solicitos. Maria always answered us quickly, I have nothing to complain about.. we will definitely rent more often!

The chalet is super organized, the cleaning impeccable,the host is attentive, easy access,next door there is a market,me and my family, we love to stay in this chalet, we will definitely come back more often.

The apartment is super comfortable and clean, with all furnishings and household items in perfect conditions of use. Even with air-conditioning, we chose to use the ceiling fans that made the apartment even more airy. We also chose to use the bed and bath linens that were provided by the host at a fair cost. The township of the condominium was excellent and the children were able to play every day (A special observation for the life-saving service that was present daily). Thank you very much to the host Marcel for the dedication during our stay.

We stayed a week from 01/14 to 01/21, we love the location of the house, close to the beach we managed to walk quietly, close to the center which helps a lot in the locomotion, the house held well the 07 people,the swimming pool and grill area are great, condominium and quiet, we miss Air fry,and washing machine would help, but we already knew that there was no other, all the same ad, Gisele and André are super attentive, always responded and helped me quickly, thank you for the attention until the next.
