Yoga & Hypopressive Training in a Vegetarian Art Book Cafè

Embark on a journey of movement and mindfulness with me as I guide you through hypopressive RSF (functional system reprogramming) and somatic practices. These exercises are designed to enhance your body awareness, improve your posture, and activate your core. • We’ll begin with 25 minutes of hypopressive RSF exercises—breath-centered movements that work to strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. • We’ll then transition into 30 minutes of yoga asanas and somatic movement. These gentle exercises will open up your body, release tension, and deepen your connection to your breath. • We’ll finish with a 10-minute relaxation to leave you feeling balanced and refreshed. After the session, you’re invited to stay for a delicious vegan brunch featuring my homemade kombucha (for an extra fee). You’ll leave nourished in mind and body, steeped in the peaceful energy of this one-of-a-kind space.
