We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. Sean was extremely communicative and clear and the photos matched our stay experience. Their home was clean, organized, and equipped for a comfortable stay. Sean's place is especially child friendly. We had a 2 year old and an infant, and both were extremely comfortable. Our 2 year old loved the playset in the backyard as well as the toys and books that were available in the home. The kitchen was also equipped to make a simple breakfast, which we did on both days that we stayed. The beds and rooms were extremely comfortable and Sean offered a variety of pillows to ensure that there was one suitable for different types of people. It was very convenient to go to local cafes, downtown Monterey, the beach, and the aquarium as well. Overall, would highly recommend Sean's place for all future stays.

This was the cleanest AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Pristine! Tidy! Stunning ocean views from both the living room & primary bedroom. The entire villa has been remodeled yet still has the Old World Charm and coziness. This Villa is located on the 2nd floor of North Bluff - is very private - has a pool jacuzzi just steps away. The resort offers many amenities, restaurant, bar, room service (or pick up) massage, sauna - endless. Aptos Village is right across the street - walking distance offering many shops, market and a great place for pizza and Italian food. We will definitely stay with Sue again - as soon as we can! Next time, we'll try her other property #33. Sue is a GREAT hostess in every area and has earned Super Host many times over!

Our family really enjoyed our time here. It was a once in a lifetime experience with breathtaking views and nice amenities. We are definitely planning on coming back soon. Overall a great experience. Note that there are 3 other camper vans in the same area, but it still felt quite private the way the property was laid out along with fencing. Additionally, it got quite cold at night and with the power saving mode the property implemented, the heater wasn't wasn't nearly as strong as we would have liked compared to what it as like during the day. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay.

I always choose to stay at Emrehans when I need a place near San Jose. Very beautiful, clean home/yard, great location. Emrehan communicates well and has been very accommodating to me. Very good price for the stay. Would recommend.

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

Clean, well-appointed, spacious home less than a block from the beautiful Twin Lakes Beach. You can see the beach from chairs on the front lawn. We were lucky enough to be there during the lighted boat parade (first Saturday in December), so we watched the lighted boats in the water from the front yard. Everything was easily accessible. The home includes many amenities (washer/dryer, cooking supplies, games, pack n play). The room with the bunk beds has a separate bathroom, making it really nice for families with older kids. Great stay and I hope we can return.

The house was well stocked with everything we would possibly need. Looked just as was presented in photo’s-very kid friendly, nice neighbors. And well Santa Cruz is the best, this location was perfect! We had walking distance access several beach’s and e-bikes stations were super reasonably priced and very conveniently placed. The hot tub was why we chose the home and after long days of biking-it did not disappoint!
