This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

Tiziana was an attentive but never intrusive host. He welcomed us with a sweet and a glass of the excellent Sagrantino passito typical of the area. The house is very welcoming, spacious, clean and the kitchen is very well equipped with coffee maker, milk frother, kettle, toaster, etc. For breakfast, in addition to coffee, milk, rusks, butter and jams, various types of herbal teas were available, as well as a preparation for hot chocolate and fresh fruit. Even in the bathroom, small useful items such as cotton swabs, makeup pads, nail files and various types of soaps. Outside there is a small well-kept garden with a small table and deck chairs and you can enjoy a beautiful view. Quiet and peaceful area. Perfect stay.

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

Everything went great. Our host was great and took care about our transport from airport to the apartment. The apartment has everything and it is very well equipt. Metro station is 10min walk from the apartment. I would recommend it to everyone.

We were greeted very friendly by Rossano and Elisa and felt right at home in the apartment on the beautiful and quiet farm. The apartment is well equipped, very clean with good beds. The roof terrace with the wide view over the hills to the sea is fantastic. Here we could enjoy the morning and evening mood. The quiet location overall is top - not far to the sea and Uccellina nature park but also the hinterland with beautiful places and interesting culture is fun to discover. We had a very nice contact with the whole family. Rossano showed us his farm with the animals, which is a special experience. Overall, we enjoyed the beautiful time with Elisa and Rossano in the Maremma very much. We'd love to come back - thank you so much for your great hospitality. 👍😊

Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

Best Airbnb ever! I mean that. We have stayed in a LOT of Airbnbs and this is the best one ever for us. Beautiful, tranquil, comfortable, stylish, romantic, serene...none of those words seems like quite enough. We enjoyed walking in the grove of olive trees, watching the honey bees on the massive rosemary plants, admiring the architecture of the main house and the guest cottage, and telling each other that if we ever lived in Tuscany, THIS is what we would want it to look and sound and smell like. It was so nice to have a quiet, restful, private place to come back to after exploring Val d'Orcia during the days (including nearby Montepulciano, Montalcino, and the Bagni San Filippo hot spring). Alistair and Maria were away for our stay so we didn't get to meet them in person, but they were so helpful and generous with tips and suggestions, and they were so friendly in all of our communications. I just can't recommend this place enough! Thank you Alistair and Maria!

we only stayed one night, we wanted to visit Terni and the waterfalls. So we were only in the house long enough to put down our suitcases and then the night and then we got ready the next morning to check out. In any case, I report: very tidy house with everything you need; clean bathroom and overall very clean villa. The villa is not far from the Basilica of San Valentino while to reach the center of Terni, you need to travel by car. Maurizio is really helpful and friendly, highly recommended accommodation 🤠

Couldn’t fault host nor house! Perfect place and perfect host! Had full family of six (14, 17, 19, 24 years old) and plenty to do and see. Highly recommend Bracciano Castle, eating in Travignano, walking up to the national park behind the house, swimming in the lake…and more. We intended to go to Rome, but we were glad to not to have to drive….and left it to do on our last day. It wasn’t long enough, but we had a good day in Rome and the train is very easy from the airport. Giorgia and Bechara were great. Very clear with everything and very warm and welcoming. Would love to go back.

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!

I stayed in this beautiful apartment for Christmas with my family, we had a great time. The apartment was warm and also equipped with wood for the fireplace. It was all clean and there was everything needed for a comfortable stay. The outside, even if we didn't take advantage of it given the cold, is very nice. We'll definitely be back in the spring.

A paradise! Even better than expected, so we have prolonged our stay. Beautiful house, apartment and garden. Perfect location, amazing view, private access to the sea, calm and the city center within walking distance. Very nice, big and clean apartment suitable especially for families. We booked on a short notice (the same day) and the apartment was ready and clean when we arrived. The owner responded right away to all enquiries. The location is perfect if besides Rome you want to visit some sights around Rome (we went to Tivoli and to the outlet Castelo Romano), Rome is accessible by public transportation (15-20 min walk to the metro station). A big plus was the gated parking next to the house. I would definitely recommend this accomodation.

Amazing Barbara organized everything for our arrival and we were able to drop off the luggage and have the keys at check-in time. Thank you because it allowed us to enjoy the day. The apartment is bright, comfortable, well-equipped and close to everything for walking around and visiting. We did everything on foot. Really amazing for a first stay in Rome, I recommend it.
