This wonderful holiday apartment is situated in a magical location in touch with nature, near Pomaia (village at 600 Meters), a tiny medieval hilltop village at only 13 km from the Tuscan Tyrrhenian sea. Originally a flour mill, the building has been restored and converted into 3 comfortable independent apartments. Hot tub available in the shared garden. free of charge, shared (open from the middle of May to the end of September), as well as a large furnished veranda, to relax.

The Cottage of Villa Sveva, wonderful sea view

This delightful cottage is located on Monte Argentario, in the heart of a large park shaded by centuries-old olive trees and numerous Mediterranean plants, arranged on terraces sloping along the ridge. The view is breathtaking: a very blue sea dotted with the islands of the Tuscan archipelago: Elba, Giglio, Montecristo and Corsica. The delightful little house is well organized and decorated with the characteristic Vietri tiles and Tuscan terracotta.

New independent eco-house in rural setting, away from the crowds between Florence and Siena. This is an annex building on a family run olive farm surrounded by unspoilt Tuscan countryside. Plenty of shaded outdoor space, barbecue, stunning views, fantastic sunsets and big night skies. We are an official agriturismo, there are two other independent apartments on the olive farm that share the pool and private parking.

Tre Mari Cottage

The Three Seas is the ideal accommodation for a couple in love looking for peace and tranquility. Located in the heart of Mount Argentario with a wonderful view of the sea, it can be a starting point for many trekking trails or to reach all the coves of the Argentario. Just 2km from the sea, the road to get there is winding and partly dirt. It's not a place for everyone!
