Vacation rentals in Tumon Bay

All household items and fixtures were well-equipped, and there were enough towels, so it was very comfortable for 8 people to live. Next time I get a chance, I will visit again even if my large family travels to Guam.

My other half & I enjoyed every minute of staying at this Airbnb. Clean, organized, had all the amenities we needed & such a responsive host. Definitely will be recommending this location to others.

We had some unexpected issues with our first host in the house. Kukuri was immediately on top of getting us in and even upgraded us at no additional cost!! The view was amazing, walked right out to the ocean, and the host was absolutely amazing. 10 out of 10 for sure. highly recommend

This is a great place to stay. We had a little bit of trouble finding it, but this was probably due to us being very dazed and confused. (Stupid PAL cancelled our flight the day before, so we had to scramble around to find a place to stay for the night.). The location was wonderful! If we ever go back to Guam, (we need to find an alternative to Philippine Airlines), we'd highly consider staying here again.

It's a little bit out of Tumon City, so it's hard to walk around, and you have to rent a car. However, there are Wendis and Fairly Mart right nearby, so it's really good for shopping, and a family of 5 came and stayed comfortably. My parents, younger brother, and my husband stayed, and the surroundings were quiet and the facilities were newly built, so it was very neat. The host's contact was quick, and when a problem arose, he came right away and took action. There are simple cooking utensils so you can cook, and there are even cola and ramen snacks as a welcome drink. Parking was easy, and it was a 5-minute drive from downtown Tumon, so there was no inconvenience at all. When traveling to Guam as a family unit, the premium family room at the Dusitthan or Lotte Hotel costs about 90-100 per night, while you can feel more than double the room condition and size for half the price. There is a bathroom in the main room, and there are a total of 3 bathrooms including the first floor bathroom, and I was very satisfied with the accommodation. You can use YouTube and Netflix on TV, and you have to log in to YouTube with your personal account, and Netflix was logged in with the host account. I was satisfied in many ways, and I am highly likely to revisit. It's a great place to stay for other guests too~!~!~!~!!

Chris is really nice. I was able to stay comfortably during my stay. It was nice that the bed was fluffy. If you have kids, be sure to choose this place. There were toys and board games that the kids liked, so I wasn't bored while staying at the accommodation. I want to stay here again if I come to Guam.

I wish we knew this place - we would’ve went upon arrival on Guam instead of moving from place to place. We’re definitely coming here on our next family trip! The outdoor kitchen and private beach were the best! Thank you for making the last few days of trip memorable 😍

This place was really nice, location was great, the beach is only a few steps away from the villa. The area is quiet, and perfect for watching the sunset. The apartment was clean, and equipped with all the amenities listed in the description. Stayed there for a week and had no issues whatsoever. Anna was very helpful, and easy to reach for any questions. Overall, a great experience.
