Just a great experience. The location of Ocean Villas is incredible, and the amenities were better than expected. We cooked at the covered outdoor kitchen twice, and spent every sunrise and sunset on the beach, 100 feet from our condo. The grounds and room were well taken care of, and we felt the stay was a great value. Completely over-delivered compared to our expectations and we won’t hesitate to stay here in the future!

It was a great large space that made me and my buddies feel comfortable and at home. It was close enough to lots of places that, and we're glad for that.

It's a residential area, so it's secluded and nice! The kitchen is equipped with simple seasonings from cooking utensils, so it's easy to eat simple food. Instead of holding two hotel rooms, I rented Chris's house and stayed for 2 days, and I was very satisfied.

It was nice to have the entire condo for my family of 5 so we could cook when we wanted to and use the washer, etc. It was clean and neat!

This is my second visit since last year. It was still a clean and comfortable place to stay, and I'm going to book it on my next trip to Guam. ^_^

The place was great, exactly what we were looking for. It was a comfortable, clean place to stay and Jake was quick to respond to any messages I sent. I liked the decor, the furniture and beds were comfortable and all the amenities were there, as described. The beach and stores were walkable and we felt right at home. After reading other reviews, yes there’s 3 flights of stairs, but I welcomed the exercise after all the eating we did and you don’t need much hot water for shower in Guam. All 5 of us took showers in a row at the temp we wanted with no issues. Would definitely stay there again!

The Ruru Haus was a great fit for my family and me when we visited Guam for a few days. There were 7 of us in total, including 1 small child who was very excited to find the stash of toys under the staircase! The owners were very responsive, and the unit was clean and just as described. The only thing we struggled with was the lock and keypad - it just took a while to figure out. Otherwise, I would recommend Ruru Haus for your stay on Guam! :)

Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.. Very spacious rooms and nice big dining table. Well equipped kitchen. Parking is doable but tight getting in and out of driveway. Entryway doors slide open and closed; keeping them closed kept the house cooler.

Nicole's place is great. Its location in Tumon makes it easy and fun to walk to shops and restaurants. The condo has everything you could ever need plus a washer/dryer in the unit. Furniture is comfortable. I really enjoyed the views from her place. The people in the complex are friendly. I will definitely look to book again next time I am visiting the area. Thank you!

Is it okay to look at the exterior for the first time?I was worried, but I opened the lock and I was worried about it. The room was beautiful, well equipped, and we had a pleasant stay. I used it with two families with children, but the children were not bored in the room, and they seemed to be running around and having fun. It was also well stocked with toys. I was just planning to go to Tumon, so I think it would have been nice to rent a car. There were some problems, but they quickly resolved it, which was helpful. Thank you very much!
