This was the perfect little home for us four ladies who came to visit for a bridal shower nearby. It also provided a great space to gather and reminisce over our adventure to Pawhuska. The beds were comfy and the place was just as Sarah described it! The home was clean, easy to get to and had everything we needed! I would highly recommend.

Would highly recommend this Airbnb. Plenty of outdoor space and the pool is large with a volleyball net. The inside of the house was beautifully decorated and comfortable. This is the perfect house for your next family vacation.

This house was exactly what we were looking for for a weekend trip to Broken Arrow / Tulsa! This house is incredibly efficient in it’s use of space and having 4 bedrooms was great for our family of 6 to spread out and relax. Not only was coffee equipment on hand, but also flavored syrups and creamer, lot’s of little details have been thought of and attended to. We’ll bookmark this one for our next return trip!

Tracy, I can’t thank you enough for your amazing hospitality. Your lake home is one of a kind and sets beautifully, and oh those sunsets…wow! You very always so quick to respond, even while you were in another country, that’s unheard of! You gave me your word and stood by it through and through. That’s one of the best characters a person can have!! Your brother was awesome and did an amazing job with the hot tub and was quick to be right over. We were initially concerned about the neighborhood, but it turned out to be quiet. The home had a mix of pros and cons: some items felt cheap, but it worked as a comfortable base for exploring downtown. The couch and master bed were decent if you found the right spot, and the dining area chairs were quite comfortable. The hot tub worked but had slightly cloudy water, so I didn’t use it—others in our group did without issue. The heating kept the home cozy, and the kitchen was well-equipped with great water pressure in the sink. Coffee and creamer were a nice touch. Allowing pets was a big bonus. While the space was small, it felt less cramped than a hotel and worked well for our family of five. Overall, a good, budget-friendly option for families looking for a practical, pet-friendly stay while exploring downtown.

The house and neighborhood are great ... very peaceful, easy to find, nice home, great place to stay. However, Iwecannot say enough good things about the responsiveness of the host/hostess!! Any time we called or messaged them, they were available to help right away. I would rent from them again and again and again. The kitchen has lots of extras, very good appliances, everything a family would need to have a great stay. Easy to get to the grocery from the house. The alarm system is easy to use. Don't hesitate to rent this property ... you won't be sorry!!

Amazing place, Amazing host. The backyard was really nice. Nathan was really nice, and gave ne lots if ideas for the next time we stay. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud. We will definitely stay again.

We had a great stay! The home was spacious and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable with plush linens. There was plenty of room to spread out, or come together in the great room. The Host was responsive and friendly. We were able to arrange a late check out so as not to have to drag our luggage around since we had an evening flight out of town. Check in and access was easy. Our family enjoyed the stay and especially the fact that we could all stay together and enjoy more time with each other. The home was lovely and the kids loved the pool!
