Waterfront vacation rentals in Tučepi

Myself and my husband stayed for 7 nights. We arrived late at night..11.30 pm. and Vedran's son kindly waited and met us at the Church of St. Francis and escorted us to the apartment and showed us how aircon, hot water etc worked. The apartment was exactly as photographed. Lovely big comfortable bed, lots of hot water for showers and sufficiently kitted out kitchen. Beautiful views of Split harbour. Very close to old town and also some lovely little restaurants nearby...try Buffet Fife (worth queueing for) - good varied menu and food and drink reasonably priced compared to other places in Split which can be a bit pricey. No. 12 bus stop close by which goes to Kasjuni and Bene beaches. Check out Promet App for public transport. Also 10 min walk down the Promenade - Riva - for ferries to islands. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Split.

The apartment is stunning, beautiful view, quiet and very comfortable, we felt just like home. Everything has a thoughtful design, well equipped, it has everything that makes the place feels very homey and relaxing. Zeljko is very professional, polite and helpful. Our family had a wonderful stay at Zeljko's apartment and I would highly recommend his place to anyone who's planning to visit Split.

We had an excellent stay! Beautiful unobstructed sunset views, and convenient location for going to the beach during the day if you won’t mind a short 15 minute walk into town for dinner. Conveniently located near a small grocery store and nice restaurant for a sunset dinner. Have multiple friends who are thinking of visiting Hvar soon and will certainly recommend!

We had an amazing week staying here! The hosts are very responsive and welcoming! Ivan met us to give us the keys and even carried our giant suitcase up to the third floor! Any issues we had were addressed immediately. The views are absolutely incredible and the location is right in the heart of Old Town. You can walk to anywhere in the area including the ferry port and there are tons of restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Split again!

There were two of us for a few days in this wonderful apartment. We arrived by car and were able to park directly at the apartment. We were received in a very friendly manner and felt immediately comfortable. The apartment was perfectly clean, equipped with everything you could wish for and everything as described. It is much nicer in reality than in the photos. Communication with Filip and his mom was great. The beach and the blue sea in front of the balcony is simply fantastic. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back. Thank you for the hospitality!

Thanks for everything, we had a great time. The place is beautiful and we really enjoyed the large terrace as well as the small cove at the bottom of the house for swimming.

These kinds of places are not easy to come by anywhere in the world, so we felt lucky to have stayed at Kole’s place. It’s incredibly beautiful and peaceful with a clear blue sea to look out to every day. You can fish if that’s your thing, or even watch fisher men come and go. It’s also approx 32mins to Zlatni Rat beach and other attractions. Koli is super nice, friendly and very helpful and always there to help whenever needed. We were also lucky to have great weather in late October into November. Sunny with clear skies and zero clouds. Was pleasantly surprised. Hopefully we’ll be back here and better prepared for fishing!

Our family had the most wonderful time at Darija's place. If you enjoy dipping into crystal clear water right at your doorstep, want to unwind and relax, you will love it there. Stomorska is a charming small village on Solta, less than an hour by ferry from Split. All the people are lovely and helpful. We spent most of our time with long swims, late lunches and aperitifs on our own terrace with a view, ice cream or dinner nearby. Don't miss to do a boat trip around the island. Darija was super responsive and welcoming, and her parents Dado and Jadranka treated us to a fantastic BBQ. All in all: perfect. Thank you!!

The place had everything. It was in a beautiful location. Peaceful. High quality villa, and had everything you needed whilst you stayed. (Very practical too) We would return to this gorgeous place again. Tomislav was super responsive whenever we had a question and he helped guide us to the answer. The villa is a very relaxing place. My kids loved playing in the clear water bay on a paddle board and snorkelling. Afterwards they would have fun in the pool whilst we prepared dinner in a lovely outdoor dining area. The photos don’t really get across how nice it is. Having air con in all rooms was a treat due to the heights of summer. The place was extremely clean when we arrived and we treated this special place like home. I would recommend a car to get to Milna the local marina town, and further a field to visit places. We also took a boat trip out to visit the various islands. It was so pretty, with emerald green oceans and ‘to die for’ sunsets.

This is a perfect location for a couple who want to stay on Brac. A great location - the balcony is a perfect spot for taking in the aterfront and those who promenade along it. Half the nights were there we had dinner on the balcony as it offered a location better than any restaurant. Dubravka's communication was excellent and she could not have been more amenable.

Antonela was great! I didn’t get to meet her in person just because of schedules but I did meet her son and he was great too. The location couldn’t be better and there is plenty of room in the flat to be more than comfortable. She was very communicative and had the inside scoop on things in split. I definitely would stay again for sure. I really enjoyed the place and her hospitality!

We enjoyed our 8-day stay in Split a lot. The apartment has a very beautiful sea view. Everything is exactly described. They have a equipped kitchen that allow us to cook a lot during our stay. The AC & heater worked well, though they can be a bit noisy when running. Just something to keep in mind, but it wasn't an issue for us. The location is fantastic - super convenient, just a few steps to the seaside, with many supermarkets nearby. It's also close to the city centre, making it a great place to stay!

We had an extremely nice stay and felt welcome the first minute with plenty of hints and a warm welcome! Everything is there and more than enough space available. Very clean & well organized! Also loved the outdoor shower to wash off salt water before going back to the balcony & apartment. Thank you for this!

I hardly dare to leave such a good review, otherwise the likelihood that the place is fully booked the next time we want to come 🙈 The 4 weeks in Luka's apartment were really super nice! The apartment is very nice, the location is great and Luka is a very accommodating host! There was even a welcome treat for our dog who really enjoyed the floor heating in the kitchen 😊 We will definitely be happy to come back! PS: the wifi is even much faster than Luka says.

Do not hesitate to book this place! Maja was awesome when it came to checking in and out, the place itself was gorgeous and extremely clean! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was not only beautiful but had perfect water pressure! The house is a 20min walk from the center and the views are so amazing the walk feels much less! As for the views, they are to die for! You also have access to the water right in front of the house. We loved this space and will 100% be booking again if we ever come back.

The cottage was very nice, well cleaned and very nicely decorated. It immediately felt like home. We had a large terrace where you got spectacular sunrise in the morning,it was good to spend the afternoon and evening when it got too hot on the beach. The garden is beautifully maintained and is full of flowers that attracts very beautiful butterflies. The Jacuzzi was also great with views of the sea and in the evening you can BbQ ‘n with a nice terrace , sea view. A washing machine is also available. We enjoyed the tranquility, the great panorama and the clear sea for 5 days. Thank you for the very nice holiday, the tranquility in the beautiful cottage. We will definitely come back. Toni’s place was perfect!! My wife and I booked a stay within the palace walls and it ended up being intolerably loud so we left after one night and was able to book Toni’s place! It was SO MUCH better. Right outside the palace walls, so it is close to the action, but very quiet. Amazing view of the sea off a small balcony. Toni had the place stocked with coffee, shampoo & conditioner, band-aids, razors and pretty much anything you may need. The AC unit worked well. You get in with a code for each door so check in was very easy. Right next to a supermarket as well.

Both the location and the suite exceeded our expectations. Apartment modernly furnished and super clean. It has all or even more amenities than you expect for a Robinson vacation. The private beach and the location of the apartment offers privacy and tranquility so you can rest. The road is really worse but it has to be, otherwise the location would be too visited and with a lot of tourists to lose its charm. Malden and Momir are extremely friendly and always come to help if you need anything as well as with tips. We had a crazy nice time and it was a shame that everything went by so quickly😄.
