Anna, Kevin and family were the perfect hosts. They made our stay in Halong Bay amongst our favourite memories of Vietnam. I so valued their responsiveness, helping to create a stress free four days. Their place with the amazing ocean view became the perfect Oasis within our 2 month travels. For a small fee we could use the properties beautiful pool and sauna area. The facilities were 5 Star and the Host were amazing - It was perfect!!!

Tony was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

The accommodation truly exceeded expectations given the affordable price. After a day exploring Ha Long Bay by cruise, we returned to check in at Minh Vui, where the host was extremely helpful and took care of everything for us. Everything was perfect. The swimming pool is spacious, modern, and very clean. It's important to note that we need to purchase tickets to access the pool, and this information was clearly stated on Airbnb, which helped us prepare in advance. It was truly a wonderful experience!

Perfect apartment nestled in a really cool neighborhood. It’s a lot less touristy than the huge hotel area. Always taxis out front, grab is quick and lots of restaurants around. Only thing is mattress you can feel the coils but not bad.

If I could I would have rated this stay with 6 stars. I am at more than 80 stays of 3 days or more with Airbnb and this is my top top one. If you never lived somewhere with your head in the clouds, this will be an experience. Saying that this place has an incredible view is not cutting it! All rooms of this apartment have huge windows showing you the surroundings from the 30th floor. Basically, absolutely no negatives, just superlative positives. And on top of that, Thuy was so friendly and helpful !

Lovely apartment and Van was a great host. Some strong winds blew over plant pots and things on the balcony and the next day they were cleared and tidied up. A very attentive host and a lovely view of Halong bay with a great restaurant downstairs.

Exactly as described in the listing, matching all the pictures. Light and airy, great A/C, great view, spotless throughout, including helpful reception, front of house and private car parking staff. Parking is only 20,000Vnd - £0.64 - ฿29.14 maximum, for the scooter you will inevitably hire, to get you along the coast to Ha Long itself, for restaurants and attractions, such as Sun World. The Marina area itself, will I'm sure be vibrant, when the residents move in. It's a little bit of a ghost town at present. April 2024 I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone considering Ha Long Bay. The host was very responsive, helpful and friendly. A delightful experience!

The host is super friendly, enthusiastic to answer questions. The house is very cozy and lovely, with a balcony with sea view and Citadines hotel, with tables and chairs on the balcony sitting quite chill. If you have a chance to go to Ha Long, I will definitely come back.

Ngan is such a kind and thoughtful host! She booked me transportation both to and from Hanoi airport. She was patient and understanding. The view from the flat is unbelievable and the Citadines building has everything one could need including pool, gym, convenience store, two restaurants, and a spa. This place is perfect for a couple or small family who would like to be away from the hustle and bustle of Bay Chai.

I recommend this as a perfect place to stay. It was nice to stay in a top-notch hotel with a nice view, clean interior, and quick response. If you are staying in Ha Long, I definitely recommend staying here. If I come back to Ha Long, I will stay here.
