perfect for 2 people. super clean. perfect location next to everything!! didn't need to use the car all weekend. she's super friendly and responsive. even left us some milk on arrival :) well be going back for sure!

Fabulous location.!!!!!! Short walking distance to all that the centre of St Ives has to offer The view from the window is unbeatable and as you are so near to the seas edge we slept with the window slightly open so as to listen to the restful waves when going to sleep at night Had all the amenities we looked for during our stay and would not hesitate to recommend or return to in the future Just a couple of minor issues to be aware of : Parking at the nearby Island is difficult. It seemed to be full most of the time and for most of the time people were waiting for a space to park The Wi-Fi isn’t great- only really useable in the lounge (and then not all the time) But don’t let this put you off ….you won’t regret booking a stay here and there are some great restaurants practically on your doorstep !

Jody and James’ place was perfect for our stay. Easy to find and ideally situated for a trip in Southern Cornwall, and they recommended some fantastic local places to eat nearby. The place itself was clean and had all the required amenities. The massive bathtub is also a huge plus! We’d highly recommend staying in this fab apartment.

Julia’s place is super lovely. A beautifully decorated space with stunning views over the local golf course and Fistral Beach. She’s a fabulous host, allowed us to check in early (which was much appreciated) and communicated amazingly throughout. Would 100% recommend and will definitely return!

This has to be one of the best abnb’s we have stayed in. The location was great. The views straight out to the ocean were incredible. Ideally situated to be spoilt of beaches to enjoy. We saw lots of seals and wildlife. The property has everything you could need. Everything felt very new and all appliances were to a very high standard. The bathrooms were fantastic, great showers and a bath too. The property was extremely clean. The host was very responsive to all questions. We only wished we could have stayed longer.

Beautifully cosy courtyard property close to everything you need. The Christmas decorations and welcome treats were well received for our week long festive break. The property was clean, peaceful and had all amenities needed. Our host was very helpful with local information and with our queries responding straight away.

*Reposted review - stayed here for a second time. Where to start!? Emily was an amazing host; she was incredibly attentive and enabled us to have an stress-free stay. This apartment itself exceeded expectations, the level of detail and quality was abundant throughout. Being able to see fistral beach and the bay all from the same space was surreal. It's also probably one of the best located properties in Newquay. Credit to Emily and Matt, it was a special stay!

We had a wonderful stay with our two young children! It was extremely clean and Joseph was a great, responsive host. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed to cook for our toddler and a cot was provided for the baby to sleep in. The location felt quite private as well, tucked behind the main road. It was very quiet at night.

We had a great half term break. The accommodation was clean, bright, fresh and had everything we needed. Perfect location. We would definitely recommend !

We stayed 5 nights at this lovely apartment. Penzance is a lively town, a great base for our outings to The Lizard, Newlyn/Mousehole and St. Ives. We recommend Paulina's apartment for a wonderful Cornwall experience.

10/10 - highly recommend! Jenny was very responsive and welcoming - I was arriving very late at night so Jenny had the heating on for me so it was nice and warm when I got there. Studio was exactly as described and has everything you need - impressed to see a fully equipped kitchen. Location absolutely perfect - just a few steps down to central St. Ives and beaches. Jenny was even flexible to extend my check out slightly so I could enjoy a nice long run before checking out! Had a lovely stay - thank you!!

Rachael’s Home was Absolutely Fantastic ! We had such a lovely stay , and it was so fantastic to be back in an area that i have had so much experience with as a child :) . Centrally located in Lizard Village, perfect for access to Kynance Cove and Mullion village (and a short hike down to Lizard point!) ❤️. Rachel’s home was well equipped with an excellent array of Kitchen tools , perfect for food prep!!. The guest book was lovely too, fabulous for people who are visiting the area for the first time. Apartment is 5 stars on all fronts and Penny is an excellent host. We loved our stay here and would recommend to any looking for comfortable, clean, characterful, warm, quiet accommodation with spectacular view - our criteria for a stay and our expectations were exceeded!

Unfortunately I had to cancel my first day. Wish I didn’t have to, it was so relaxing, everything in the annex that you need. Shower was lovely and hot. Lovely even this time of year to sit outside for morning coffee. Perfect for my Dog and I for a few days get away.

great location. quiet flat. short walk to a great beach and to a pool and tennis court on site. the flat had everything you need. the main bedroom was particularly nice.

A really nice little flat, wonderfully clean and warm. I stayed for 9 nights and it was perfect. A five minute walk to the National Maritime Museum and all the restaurants and shops in Falmouth. Nicola was really easy to communicate with and was happy to sort out parking for me - I was in a large van for work, which can sometimes present difficulties so that made life a lot easier. Would definitely stay again.

What a fabulous apartment; we LOVED our stay here. The view was amazing, brilliant location and the apartment itself was beautiful. Really cosy & so clean with all the amenities you would need. Really high end and lots of nice touches. Will defo be back! Thank you so much Steve & Jackie x

All four of us enjoyed our stay at 17 The Crags. The apartment was lovely and the surroundings were so peaceful. All you could hear was the sound of the sea in the cove below. We appreciated the extra care taken to make sure that everything we needed for our stay was available in the apartment. We really enjoyed the leisure centre which was not overcrowded even though this is the peak summer holiday season. Thanks to Melanie and the team for providing us with a great place to stay for the week.

A spotlessly clean but homely flat. Easy allocated parking outside flat. Exactly as per photos and description. 1 min flat walk to sea. 10 mins walk to sandy beach with restaurant open all day.Less than 10 mins walk to quayside with numerous restaurants and shops. Looking forward to next visit as will definitely book again.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Kirsten & Ben’s Fistral Beach holiday home! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The home itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail—from cozy furnishings to thoughtful touches—made it feel like a true home away from home. The location couldn’t be better; just a short walk to Fistral Beach, perfect for catching the stunning sunsets or enjoying a morning stroll. Kirsten & Ben were wonderful hosts—communicative, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any questions. Their recommendations for local spots were spot on, helping us make the most of our time in Newquay. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a perfect coastal getaway, this is the place to be. We’d love to return in the future!

We had a lovely stay at Poolside. The location was great to see lots of places in Cornwall. The pool was a great addition, and being able to book it for an hour private per day use was ideal. The bottle of Prosecco and fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch. The sofa wasn’t the comfiest, and the towels were quite small, but overall an amazing stay and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Cornwall/have a relaxing getaway.
