Cabin vacation rentals in Truman Reservoir

It was comfortable. We dug into the DVD collection a bit, had a great time swimming on the lake, the neighbors cut down a tree and kept our bonfire loaded with wood. Everyone is friendly and neighborly, and we really love this little quiet nook on the water.

Nice place and fair location. Cute and quaint. Not sure if we had privacy with cameras at front and back of home.

Everything was excellent. The owner, the home, the property, scenery… everything. Marc was very informative from the beginning and he went out of his way to make sure we that his home was what we were looking for before approving the reservation request. We hope to return again. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I really enjoyed the cabin. It was the perfect place to relax and kick back for the weekend.

Denise and Jonnie are excellent hosts. They were extremely helpful and friendly. We hope to come back next year for fishing!

Terryl’s place was perfect. We picked a great week to enjoy the beautiful weather, trees and quietness of her home. We loved hanging out on the spacious dock, the upstairs deck and the beautiful sun room. The dock was very spacious and had a large boat slip available for our use. We would love to return to her home again. Thanks for everything

Everything was absolutely terrific! The perfect location for a quick yet wonderful getaway. Camping, without the work or uncomfortable arrangements. The owners sincerely went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and taken care of. 🩷

Lovely place to spend a quiet weekend away. Very cozy and we were able to use the fire place which made the whole trip that much more memorable. We were pleased to find clean linens and comfortable mattresses. Clean bathroom facilities and good hot water. Very pleased and would definitely stay again

The cabin was a nice stay near Pomme De Terre Lake. Location was quiet but close access to main roads to easily get places.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and loved it. We wanted to have a quiet place to relax and unplug. This was the perfect place to do that. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. We used the hot tub and the grill, both were easy to use and worked great. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The area is beautiful which makes the drive very pretty. Climax Springs isn’t too far away where there is a gas station and Dollar General if you need to reload on snacks. The host greeted us when we arrived and showed us everything. They are very nice and respond to messages quickly. We plan on staying there again!

We will definitely book here again . A lot of stairs so keep that in mind if you have knee issues but we liked the exercise lol! I loved the look of the home and being able to use the doc to fish and the use of the paddle boards they had . A lot of places we looked at didn’t have that. Instructions were very clear and Ashley responded very quickly. I also loved that everything was labeled to find everything easy.

Great little cabin with a nice hottub with a privacy fence surrounding it. The place was clean and as described. Only con for us was the main bedroom bed was super hard and we prefer a softer bed. The sencond bedroom had 2 beds that were more comfortable. Overall, a great little place close to the lake and boat ramps. Host is super responsive and they have a book full of local places with maps.

Place was a little confusing to navigate once you first come in but once you get to the office you realize that’s where you need to go and the whole area is a campground and a group of b&b’s all owned by the office. They all look the same so it’s easy to tell you’re In the right spot. Office lady was very nice and friendly I walked In took about 1 minute to get checked in and get my key. Then we walked about 100 feet to the house and got inside and it was exactly like the pictures very beautiful interior exterior was pretty decent as well but the living room kitchen are is one big open floor plan and then two rooms upstairs with a full shower bathroom and one room downstairs with a half bathroom the place was about 150 feet from the marina and beach area and the view of the lake was absolutely amazing very peaceful and the office also has a bar and grill attached that served great food and drinks with a communal pool right outside of it and a lot of things to do and see near the area

Come back to this place second time for friend strip and golf. Stunning view with spacious patio for hanging out. Joe is friendly, helpful and responsive. Recommend to rent cottage 21 instead of 22 if you are only looking for renting one unit. Cottage 21 living room is much bigger.

It was just a amazing place to get away for the weekend . Everyone was so nice znd helpful. The food at the bar was amazing.

Beautiful, clean cabin! We especially loved the fire pit, wrap-around porch, loft, spacious rooms, and close proximity to Harry S. Truman State Park and several great restaurants. Kathy was responsive and thought of everything. We would definitely recommend this cabin.

Conveniently located for a fishing trip. We enjoyed our stay.

Carolyn and Willie are delightful. Every detail of our stay's needs was provided for. Furniture is attractive AND comfortable 🙂 Appreciated the welcome basket. One favorite - during quiet mornings on the porch you can listen to so many different animals waking up - donkeys, goats, sheep, turkeys, roosters, quail, horses, cattle and so many songs birds. Grab a cup of coffee and sit for a spell!

My husband and I loved this little cabin., it was super clean and cozy. The owners were super nice and responsive to any questions or requests. There's beautiful scenery everywhere surrounding this cute cabin- big hills, big trees and lakes everywhere. Great place to sit on the porch with your coffee and bird watch. Our favorite place was the HaHa Tonka State Park. The 2 restaurants we ate at in town had great food. We will be back for sure!

Cindy’s air bnb was the perfect place and beautiful views for our book club retreat! We will definitely come back here for future retreats!

It was a great place to stay, everything that was advertised . Had a great time and good balance of getting away from the busy life. Country living with wifi if neeefed. It provided a good time and I’ll be looking to try to book this place again
