Lovely stay just outside the center of Gubbio, a huge apartment, in fact we were all 7 of us. The host has provided helpful guidance on how and where to get around the city, including a hiking trail, busiest clubs, and folkloric events. A breakfast was also provided with packaged products, basic but satisfactory, we really appreciated it. For the rest, nothing to report, the apartment presented itself as per the directions and the perfect welcome.

We found this property by chance and we were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really great Host, upon our arrival we arrived and gave us all the necessary information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, everything completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and bathing structure included surely makes the stay even more pleasant. In addition to these great strengths, the centrality of the apartment is really convenient to everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking maximum 5 minutes away, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the village center. A really great solution. Highly recommended

Great stay at this place. We were a group of 6 friends (incl couples) in the regions for a days to attend a wedding. Good location to explore the Marche region. Quiet and peaceful location. My boyfriend and I felt welcomed and had a really great time, like at home, the place is beautiful, pleasant and quiet. I highly recommend it. The house is very clean and even without air conditioning it is cool due to its location, despite the small climb is a short walk from the sea, and , if the climb you do not want to take a bus you can find🙃! again, thank you Domenico and Pamela.

I stayed one night in this apartment with my partner, everything corresponded to what was reported in the listing and the directions provided by the owner. He is a super helpful person who is attentive to the accommodation and the needs of the customer. It far exceeded my expectations, we will definitely be back.

We spent a wonderful few months in Meinolf's apartment. The house and its surrounds are even more beautiful than the photos. It is on the upstairs level of a beautifully restored stone farmhouse, with amazing views of the valley, olive groves, and the centro storico of Perugia perched on the hilltop. It is close enough to town to hear the bells ring from the churches, but far enough from roads to feel that you are in the countryside. We came without a car and took buses everywhere, which was manageable, but not easy. Do not underestimate the challenge of the walk into town (30-45 mins depending on where you want to go), or to the bus stop (15 mins), both of which are up very steep roads. Meinolf is a most wonderful, generous and kind host who will go out of his way to make your stay comfortable, but will also give you the space to feel at home. He is excellent company, a font of excellent stories, very welcoming and fun with kids, and was also very caring when we needed help.
