It couldn't have been a warmer welcome. The hosts are extremely gentle. I'm from Brazil, and they help me with a lot of information: exchange, local transportation, safety, checking my flight connections, and so on, remotely. When I arrived at the house, everything was very clean and organized. Some local food was gifted. There was good air conditioning, a clothes iron, and some basic stuff for cooking. The place is near the beach, just 15 min walk. And getting a van that can take you everywhere quickly and cheaply is easy. I strongly recommend this place.

Doña Olga, Doña Jazmín and Don Luis were very nice and kind. Due to the geography of the place, it is necessary to bring insect repellent and not be afraid of bugs. The one-way to the beach is also a bit difficult but 100% possible. Unfortunately the communication was not so effective in terms of the list of the super we had read in the comments, as it would have made us a little easier, economical and comfortable to have received the order from the super a few days before we arrived, but it was surely an oversight of the organizer that will not happen again. Other than that, very nice and nice everything!!

Excellent space and location, the house was very clean and tidy. There are two shops nearby and a tortillería. Also, there is an Aurrirá a 5 minute drive. The hosts are very attentive, always attentive. I'm sure we'll be back.

It is a nice place, easy access to the beach and good to enjoy the sea, I went in low season so after 6 a lot the flow of people, restaurants close, the pool is not heated so on winter date it is not enjoyed, it does not have internet in the rooms so if you appreciate having cable on the screens unfortunately during our stay we did not have technical faults, but still consider conventional antennas to have signal when it happens. The area is super great but if you go to Ixtapa, Zihuatanejo either for a walk or for shopping the return passas by military inspection area, it can be a good thing but the vdd makes it very nervous to go by every time. I will definitely return, Arturo is very attentive and kind. Thank you

The house is spectacular ! Herminia, Marisol, Leticia and Gerardo great people, very friendly always attentive and above all super friendly It's the house is super quiet and has everything you need ! Herminia cuisine exquisite do not forget to try the fish cella is very rich ! Having the beach a few steps away is a luxury ! We touched incredible days to swim!! And the tennis court is an extra luxury! It is very much enjoyed! Maybe it would only lack lighting to be able to play at night ! But truly Cristóbal and all his team are great people and above all they make you feel at home Thank you for everything !! We had a great time and I would definitely spend my vacation with them again!

Amazing stay at Casa Copal. The property is beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. The king-size bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the room was perfect for our morning yoga sessions, with a serene view of the pool and lush vegetation. The pool was a delightful spot for a refreshing dip, and the kitchen, though small, had everything we needed—quality cookware, a fridge, a blender, and a coffee maker etc. It made preparing meals easy and enjoyable. The place is 5 minutes away from the beach, restaurants, and stores. We had no problem finding groceries in the small stores in town, Indigo Bakery has amazing bread, Mana bakery has delicious baked goods, and Fonda Olivia has delicious home-style food. The host were so helpful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The staff came by to give the place a good clean after a few days, which was a nice touch. Overall, Casa Copal is a true oasis in Troncones, we highly recommend this wonderful place!

Great stay

Our Holiday with our adult son, wife, and 2 yr 9 month old grandson was spectacular. A super place for happiness between the pool, the beach, the delicious restaurants ( that you can walk to), and the lovely home with comfortable beds and fantastic kitchen with any kitchen tool you would need. This Airbnb is owned by the nicest and warmest family. There is a family member on site should you have questions. We have stayed in many places around the world with our family and this one was definitely tops on on our list. We hope to visit here again. When you are away from the house and in town, a quick 10 min, you will find restaurant staff and the people are kind and helpful.
