Get close to the water and enjoy the beautiful view and direct access to Svendborgsund. Here, a newly renovated apartment is rented on the 1st floor — near Svendborg Centrum, the Archipelago Trail and much more. The apartment has its own entrance, small kitchen, dining area and living room with sea view, 2 x double bedrooms, WC & bath. Possibility of bedding in living room. On the south-facing terrace overlooking the strait there is also the possibility to sit outside and possibly light up the grill. Note: We have a dog (peaceful labrador) on the ground floor.

Charming annex on Tåsinge

Cozy annex with access to forest. About 1 km to idyllic Troense harbor/town, with grocery store. Many wonderful hikes/bike rides, as well as several swimming opportunities. 5 km to Svendborg city center. Annex contains a double bed and a double mattress in the loft. Sleeps 4 in the same room, 2 of which are in the loft. Smaller kitchen The owner's large plot can be used. Take a morning or evening tour, for example, where you/I can experience chickens and shetland ponies in the rural surroundings. Additionally, the owner has 3 cats and a Border Collie dog.

The spacious apartment is a part of atmospheric Skebjerg Søgaard, surrounded by stunning nature and fresh air. On the farm there are horses, chickens, rabbits, cats and the dog Carlo. Horseback riding is included in the price. The farm includes smaller forest areas and two small lakes. Indoor table tennis, darts, soccer games. The apartment accommodates three bedrooms (6 people), but the possibility of an additional 4-6 overnight stays on the sofa bed and loft. Many excursion options, including Tranekær Castle, Rudkøbing and beaches.

Island vibe on Thurø. Southern Funen's culture and nature.

Cozy furnished guest house, with private entrance and parking. In the middle of charming Thurø city. Just minutes from some of the best angler spots in South Funen. Short distance to the water in all directions. Private terrace with evening sun and barbecue. Perfect for anglers. Thurø and the surrounding area have some of Denmark's best Sea trout water. Close to beautiful trails along the water all the way to Svendborg's rich cultural life. Only 3 km to Smørmosen beach (top 5 in DK) or to Svendborg MTB tracks in Hallingskoven.

180 graders havudsigt - Full sea view - Meerblick

I vil elske min bolig på grund af udsigten til vandet fra alle rum og kæmpeterrassen, hvorfra I kikker ned på den lille strand med bålsted. I vil også nyde at grille mens I nyder udsigten over vandet, og med den nye havestue har I fået et ekstra rum på hele 35 m2. Med opredninger (ekstra betaling) kan I være 6 gæster i tre separate værelser. For lystfiskere er det bare på med vaders og direkte ud i vandet - ørrederne står lige uden for huset. I er tæt på bageren og Thurøs eneste spisested.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Modern small residence in Svendborg city

Bright and spacious annex - even if it's only 30m2. You can sit in evening sun on the terrace. There are two sleeping places in the loft and one on the breeze in the living room. Located close to Svendborg city center. There is access through a carport to the annex, where one can stay reasonably unaccompanied.
