Vacation rentals with a pool in Trieste

We stayed here for one week with our 3 kids. The place is beautiful, very quiet yet close to Koper, a animated city (about 10 min by car). It's a good spot to start a trip to one of several beaches (20-30 min), famous caves (30-40 min) or Ljubljana (1h drive) or even hiking in the Triglav area (2h drive). The house itself is very nice, clean and offers everything you need. The kids especially loved the big pool which they could access whenever they wanted. Andreja is very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of great Tips. Thank you very much!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location of the property was also ideal, providing a peaceful and private atmosphere while still being close to local attractions and amenities. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we felt welcome from start to finish. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful place exactly as described. we had a lovley holiday here and would definitely come back. Anything we needed was provided including toys and anything else that we needed for our 1 year old baby. Everything was clean, tidy and the outdoor space is amazing with the pool, jacuzzi and outdoor cooking area. The inside was spotless and had everything we needed. Really kind and helpful host - even brought us over some homemade apple cake one day - which was delicious 😋 Good location easy walk into the town and beaches and also had use of electric bikes which we used on a couple of days.

We stayed in about five places in Croatia during our vacation. This was our favorite place. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The pool was pristine clean. And much bigger than I expected. It was easy to do laps in the pool. It was so so refreshing! I watched the beautiful sunset from edge of the pool looking out at hills of trees and vineyards. I highly recommend this place for someone who wants a peaceful place but still be a short distance from “tourist” destinations like Motovun. You can actually see Motovun from the back patio as you watch the sunset. If you want to cook for yourself, they have everything you need. However, do your grocery shopping way before you get to this little town.

We had a lovely week in Roč. The driveway looks inconspicuous, but Google Maps will find the address. Do not drive a deep car for the road to the house. A great welcome by the family with sausage and cheese platter. Looked like the photos, really beautiful outside also for kids. The garden is fully fenced and well exposed. Pool is not heated. Air conditioning is adequate. In the house old-fashioned but typical of such an older house. No duvets but only sheets, of course you can take something with you if you know it in advance. The equipment was great, everything is in the kitchen from noodle strainer to finished ice cream, sandwich maker, etc. You are in nature, you should be aware that some crab animals are also on the road in the house. Please take mosquito spray with you, there are also candles against mosquitoes on site. Check in & out was super uncomplicated. We will be happy to come back.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa with stunning views. Mirjana's warm welcome and availability made a significant contribution to the success of our vacation. The setting is quiet, peaceful and impeccably maintained. The outdoor kitchen, located by the pool, was a real asset during our stay. I highly recommend this place as well as Mirjana for an exotic stay in Croatia and unforgettable moments.

We were guests as a family of 4 in Esther's small, Istrian cottage. Ester, as well as her daughter Edita, were super friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The excursion destinations Edita recommended to us were great. 😃 The parking is located behind the house, the driveway or exit is a bit tricky due to the adjacent olive trees, but otherwise no problem. The pool is not visible from the street and is located a bit off the house. We liked to use the sun terrace, even though one or the other hallway was no longer completely intact. The beds are perfect, we slept very well in it. Beds are made and there are plenty of towels. The kitchen is well equipped so that you can prepare all kinds of things. Air conditioning on all floors, also a plus. 👍 Close the windows that you don't hear about the traffic. A perfect starting point for things to do for us. Thank you! 🫶

Great apartment and even greater hosts who gave us many local suggestions of what to do/visit. The village was a bit further off the beaten path than we had imagined but the adventurous roads still get you to the istrian coast within half an hour. Overall we had a lovely time and would certainly consider going back.

Very nice and quiet apartment. Cedomil is extremly friendly and helps with everything you need. Novigrad is also a very nice town to stay in for a few days. Highly recommended!

We had a really great time and enjoyed our stay. The pool was amazing and it was a great place to relax and avoid the man. tourists of the coast.

Lovely quiet place. Well-equipped kitchen. Very close to pool area, perfect with small children. Quick response from host with questions. Great view from large terrace. The internet was a bit off, so for any work, the net is too weak. All in all, a great experience at Iztok's place.

We had a great time. Darja and her son were perfect hosts, very welcoming and friendly. The place had all the amenities we needed. The sea view pool was a haven of peace after days of sightseeing. The location is peaceful and I highly recommend the village pizzeria which was divine.

We were very satisfied with our accommodation! Very well-equipped kitchen, washing machine and vacuum cleaner available! The pool is a dream! It is checked and cleaned every 2-3 days! The place is a bit off the beaten path, but if you have a car, that's no problem either! You always have to drive, beach, shopping, city! We would definitely recommend the place, as the landlords are also very nice!

Everything was super uncomplicated. Quiet location and the pool was great for the kids. Very nice hosts who respond very quickly to requests. We will be happy to come back!

Antonia kindly welcomed us into her apartment, which we found even more spacious and bright than it looked in the photos. There was everything we needed, both in the kitchen and in the bathroom; in addition, Antonia got us a crib for our baby. The large Residence has a swimming pool and lots of greenery around it. You can easily walk to the sea even with a stroller in about ten minutes. We had a great time! We recommend it!

This is our second time staying at the house. Beautiful place, old renovated house, very comfortable for four people. We really enjoyed both terraces, the covered BBQ area as well as the pool. You could relax and unwind. The neighborhood is beautiful: vineyards, olive groves, and encourages bike tours and walks. Town: Fiorini has a very nice atmosphere, it is quiet and peaceful. Host Catarina is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!.

Experience was extraordinary. Place was amazingly equipped and private. The best host I can ask for, to many good things to list.

Motovun is a quite enchanting place! We felt very comfortable here and had many excursion destinations nearby, e.g. Porec, Rovinj or Pula. In the vicinity of the accommodation is a small but very well-stocked supermarket, so you can shop for everything you need. In addition, there are great restaurants nearby. The property is spacious and well equipped. The pool is a huge bonus that gave us and our children a great change of pace and cooling off. We felt very comfortable thanks to the nice hosts and would be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The house is large, spacious and clean. The area is quiet and pleasant.

We had a great time in this beautiful place, 😍 everything is decorated with a lot of love and everything is thought of! There is enough space for four people, we enjoyed using the great barbecue, the terrace and the pool. The surroundings are a dream - in the middle of nature with many beautiful villages nearby. Gabriel helped us with great restaurant recommendations. Check-in and communication went smoothly and we were more than warmly welcomed! Hospitality is more than lived here! We spent a wonderful week at the Villa. The place is really cosy, beautiful and has all a family needs for a summer stay. The kids loved the pool. The landlord lady was super nice, very helpful giving us all the tips for local attractions. We hope to come back again to the Villa one day.
