We spent New year's eve at Alessandra's place and it was a really special experience. Nice surroundings, very cozy house. Everything was clean and had everything we needed. Alessandra is very friendly, communicative and kind. We felt like home!

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Great home, right near the old town of Sutri. Many great cafés and restaurant in the area. Matteo was very helpful and always caring host.

Wonderful experience for lovers of tranquility and nature! Many naturalistic places to visit nearby, nice, clean accommodation, equipped with all comforts and a few minutes by car from the town center and the main services. We loved the garden and the surrounding green space, our dog Hati loved it too! Lorenza was very kind and always available! We will definitely be back🍀

We chose this place to spend New Year's Eve. Everything was perfect, both in terms of cleanliness and amenities. Great Marco and Cristina, friendly and available to meet us for a flexible check-out time being on the morning of January 1. We had an emergency situation in Rome and Celeste was very considerate, understanding and supportive. Her place is very comforting, warm and organized. We had a very relaxed stay. There are alot of shops, café's and Restaurants in close proximity from Celeste's place. The Park of Villa Ada Savoia is very intriguing for trekking and having a nice calming walk.

Our hosting was excellent. Beautiful place and very clean. Andrea was very kind and at check in gave us a map of Rome with many tips on what to do and where to go. Simply great!

Thanks to Iris and Daniella, lovely ladies and superb hosts. Totally responsive, nothing too much trouble. We spend many weeks each year in Rome and when visiting in hot weather like an apartment that has easy access to the centre of the city and also outdoor space for sunbathing, eating etc. Iris place ticked those boxes for us. Ponte Milvio is a super area with lots of great places to eat and drink. A pleasant walk down to the amazing old bridge and you can drop down to the bus station and there is also a fantastic tram service. Very frequent, takes 10 mins to Piazza del Popolo. Romes public transport is so easy to use and exremely pleasant to use and cheap. It became a very enjoyably part of our trip. There is also a bus stop opposite the apartment to save walking to the station. The apartment is a home from home. Everything you could need. We had a very happy three week stay and were well catered for. The apartment's out door space is fantastic with an amazing outdoor kitchen!

This is a completely beautiful apartment that had lots of room for our family with three teenage children. It is furnished with fantastic art and antiques and could not feel more “Roman”! :) It literally overlooks the Forum and is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to many major sites. The hosts are super helpful and extremely responsive. Just FYI, there is construction on the house next door and work started around 7:30 am on weekdays—that didn’t bother us at all but be aware. We absolutely loved it and highly recommend!

In addition to the hot tub, there was even a boxing bag to work out and a PlayStation 3. When we arrived, Antonio even left us something to eat and also some drinks, such as water, beer and even sparkling wine. Coffee was also available. So really a great experience and lovely place!

This place was great. First of of the linens smelled amazing and it made for the comfiest spot after a long day of Roming. It was a great location, great terrace with fantastic views. Just perfect. Only downfall was you could sometimes get whiffs of the neighbor smoking. It seemed to clear quickly and the place didn’t smell smokey at all any other time.

We had a wonderful stay in Jochen's apartment! The apartment was in a nice neighbourhood, with restaurants nearby. It was the ideal spot to discover Rome.

The apartment is very nice with access to the terrace from the kitchen, the bedroom and a winter garden. you live Rome even from within. i recommend it.

Not only were the pictures 100% accurate, but the hosts were the most friendly hosts we’ve ever interacted with! They were responsive, helpful, and full of great ideas. This was our best AirBnB experience to date! And you can walk EVERYWHERE from their place!

Very nice apartment in a residential area. Subway and bus stations are nearby, which makes it very easy to get to the Colosseum, etc. Affordable restaurants around the apartment.

Great place in Rome. Unique. Roof top patio is fabulous. Spacious apartment. Great for couples or family to have separate areas and multiple bathrooms. Bedrooms are far apart from each other and on different levels. Clean. Nice location. Great restaurants nearby. We found on street paid parking, but there’s also a garage very close. Note, as mentioned in the listing, you need to go up a lot of stairs to get into the unit. Once inside it is also multi level. This is explained, but I wanted to make sure to mention as it could be difficult for some. Great place, would stay again.
