very nice and responsive hosts. we got stranded because of typhoon pepito, and they allowed us to rebook :) My senior citizen mom was tired from the travel and requested for earlier check in, which they allowed ^_^

We’ll definitely choose this place again if we need a place to stay around muntinlupa. The place was huge for a very affordable price. The host and caretaker were both very responsive to our queries. Thank you for letting us stay at your place. :)

Mel’s place was clean. Instantly adjusted ourselves and felt comfortable after 1-2 days. Place requires transportation as the entrance of guard house to house was quite far in. We took grab 100% of the time so we have no issue. Nearby to Vista Mall, SM Molino, SOMO market, Molino Town House Centre & a 15 mins drive to Evia Lifestyle Mall.

The place is very spacious and clean. plus factor, they allow pet to swim in the pool (overflow area only).

The Host is very nice and the place is beautiful, we will definitely book this place again if we will have family gatherings.

Mysel’s place is one of the best places I’ve had a staycation in! Beautiful place and so relaxing it feels like home. Loved the fact that our peta were welcome to stay as well. Definitely worth recommending to other friends and family and 100% will come back here! Mysel was also very friendly and so easy to talk to. She gave us helpful tips to find their location and where we can buy the stuff we needed :) Overall, we had such a great and relaxing time during our stay~

The host is very accommodating and we enjoyed our stay. She is very good at communication even though we booked the place last minute. The place is clean and nice, even the pool!

Our stay at Edison's place(Ayesha Hometel) was fantastic! The house was impecably clean, beautiful and well-stocked with everything we needed, except for the microwave oven which is not working .. Edison was incredibly accommodating esp to my request.. Kudos to the care takers especially Ate Mercy for making us feel right at home. We would definitely coming back.

This has been one of, if not the smoothest transaction of any kind that I’ve encountered, no hitches, glitches, issues and the like. Place is awesome as expected, beautiful neighborhood, even the guards at the entrance didn’t give us any attitude as I would sometimes experience in similar places. Area is likewise awesome as you can easily drive towards the main thoroughfare, and basically go around Tagaytay quickly sans some light traffic mostly by vehicles turning left/right to enter restaurants and such. Anthony, the host is quite knowledgeable, courteous and proactive. We’ll definitely aim to come back again soon, summer maybe when the weather’s more agreeable and we can do more outdoor activities.

10/10 would go back! Host and caretakers were all friendly, flexible and responsive and rooms are spacious and spotless! Bernard the assistant was super nice and welcoming and even gave us free charcoal for the grill. Love that they have free water gallons as well! Vibe was so peaceful and calming and loved the chilly weather at night! Also near convenience stores and just an hour and a half drive from manila and accessible via grab. Fridge is big and pots and cooking utensils were available, and the karaoke/smart tv was a plus and we enjoyed singing the night away! Would love to return with more friends and excited to be back for the kubo and also additional roofing near the pool. The pool looks magical at night too! Thanks Kathreen for the great experience!

it's a beautiful, cozy and peaceful place. We really had a great time. Enrico was there to welcome us and introduced Ate Eva and Kuya Ariel who were very helpful and supportive during our stay. it's a very nice and comfortable place, we had everything that we need and place has a lot of things to do! The best ang hamoc and mini sports space with farm vibe, we enjoyed swimmingvin the pool and the sala was a great bonding place to watch netflix.. really, we love the place. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay. We are a family of 4, and we all slept comfortably. Complete kitchen amenities for cooking breakfast before we started our day so early. Purified water was provided. Place is inside a secured subdivision Host was kind and very responsive.

Amazing place to spend quality time with your loved ones and furbabies. Everything that you need for your furbabies are available in the resort, they even have obstacle courses for dogs! It really is a pet haven! Lots of things to do - swimming, karaoke, board games and Netflix. I would highly recommend this place to my friends who would like to have staycation with their furbabies.

good place to sleep peace and quiet.

Probably the most beloved bnb of my mom. I am so glad I asked her to come at the last minute when my cousin had to cancel. The place is really fit for families, even intimate gatherings. There were 4 of us plus my dog, a shichi, that had so much fun roaming around the place! Seeing my pet so happy was definitely the highlight of my stay but another thing that I loved is the heated pool which the 4 of us enjoyed. Our stay was actually a moved schedule as we had to cancel in November because of a storm but the climate of the area added to the place's charm. Love the scents of the toiletries too btw! The host, CJ, was very communicative all throughout but the place's gem too was Kuya Edong who was so helpful with anything we needed. Love the breakfast he cooked! We definitely can't wait to be back!!!

It is the best airbnb we stayed at among the ones we tried. Their staff is very responsive when we need something. The place was beautiful, clean and peaceful. They have everything we need in a house. Everything was honestly perfect. The only improvement needed is how fast the host responds. We needed to contact her because we had a challenge in finding the place since the pin location at airbnb is not accurate and the number listed is not working.
