What a beautiful Airbnb! It is really cute with all the plants and great view. It is close to a street full of nice restaurants with only locals. Also it is close to a lake, where you see people work out, or you can drink Coffee. It was a lovely location. It is a bit further away from the center, but only 15m in the taxi, and enough to explore close by. The host was very responsive and takes good care through messaging.

The place was clean , smart living and very convenient. Environment also clean. The instructions were also clear and easy to follow. The response was active and warmly welcoming. I also took good care of the plants. Thank you Host for nice stay that I had .

We three days at this place. 4 adults and an infant and we all loved the place. The apartment is bit smaller than it looks in the pictures, but it’s nice and cozy. Everything is new including cutlery in the kitchen. Beds are very comfy and bed linen was fresh and new. It’s located in a really good spot. There are two balconies and the view is great too. The only thing can be improved is the floors which were dirty, our socks got black in a few hours and since we were with the infant who played on the floor dirty floors was a disadvantage. Other than that the place is great and we would definitely stay there again. Recommend renting! This apartment is really nice!

Good place to live

The living room is spacious and the view of West Lake is good.

Phuong was a wonderul host. One of the best I had. The unit is in the great location. Make sure to stay there over the weekend. Lots of food, shopping, cafes. Strongly recommend.

Everything was really wonderful! Linh went to hand because we wanted to check in faster and offered us a larger apartment that he had available earlier. The only thing that didn't match was the price of the pool, we were told that one resident pool ticket was free, and the rest of the guests at 150,000 vnd per ticket. In fact, we all had to pay after 177,500 for the ticket, for the resident there was only a 15% discount. It's possible that the pool scammed us

Host was incredibly responsive, dealt with any issue we had in a prompt and efficient fashion and went over and above to provide recommendations for restaurants and local things to do in Hanoi. The location was ideal as in heart of the old quarter, walking distance to excellent restaurants and entertainment. The host provided excellent recommendations for local Vietnamese restaurants in particular, some of the best food I have ever had. The AirBnb was exactly as expected from the pictures and description on site. Host also arranged transportation from airport, which provided seamless transport to AirBnb.

Super central location, you’ll walk everywhere! Loved the roof terrace. Clean and tidy place, would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed the vibe of this house — quiet and tucked away, but still in a great spot. It’s not a new villa, but it feels lived-in and comfortable, in a good way. Nice to come back here and wind down after a full day in the Old Quarter. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi.

Such a cozy place! Felt almost like staying at my sisters place. Super cozy and such a pretty outdoor area and lake view. The lighting is soft and cozy. The location itself isn’t the greatest. But it’s only a 7-10 minute grab from a nice part of the city and only about 15 min from turtle tower.

This host communicated quickly and easily. The only issue i had was incorrect keycode on instructions. Also it may benefit some people to know you have to go down a dark ally to get to the door. Everyone was friendly though and there is a guard close by that was very helpful and kind. We felt very safe and even in the ally I would have been happy to share a beer with anyone I met there. Very kind people everywhere in Vietnam and this neighborhood was another lovely example of that. The park close by is unmissable, lovely at night and beautiful all hours. If you have the people to stay here I recommend it highly.

This is a great spot while visiting Hanoi if you need the extra space as each bedroom has their own bathroom (one of the bedrooms has a bathroom across the hall, but it works because the other two have their own private). This is part of two modern towers in Hanoi which give you a hotel-vibe. The building is secure with locked elevators. The location is great for exploring the many restaurant and cafe options all walkable! We found a strip of restaurants and bars all offering a wide variety of food from traditional Vietnamese to Pizza. This is a great location for your next visit to Hanoi.

I stayed here for more than a month and loved it! The apartment is just like the pictures and also has a balcony with a good view, which was a nice surprise. The apartment was perfect for longer stays, especially when working - plenty of room, good internet, separate workstation, etc. The location was great too. It’s right near Swan Lake Park which has several kms of walking/running tracks. Great restaurants nearby along with supermarkets, chemists etc. It’s much quieter compared to the centre of Hanoi, which I enjoyed (more of a local feel). However, it’s easy to get into town with Grab as well. And Viet, the host, is lovely - he helped organise airport transfers, gave very clear instructions and local recommendations, and was super responsive if I had questions. Highly recommended! I hope to be back :)
