Vacation rentals in Trarego

We had a family vacation at Davide house, there were five of us. The house is very conveniently located, quiet, cozy house, all the amenities. A luxurious garage, since we were by car, it was even a priority. Convenient entry into the underground parking. The house is very nice, two bedrooms and a living room. Very neat and beautiful territory around, a large table in the garden, we enjoyed having breakfast every morning. You could see the lake and enjoy the fresh air in silence. We liked everything very much, we felt at home. I am very grateful to Davide for his house and hospitality.

Our stay at Villa Nila was simply amazing. Nicola welcomed us warmly upon arrival and offered helpful recommendations for places to eat and things to do. He was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The property itself is so well-designed and functional, not to mention the breathtakingly beautiful views of the lake and garden from the private terrace and from inside the property. There is a full kitchen with an espresso machine, stove, fridge/freezer, etc. We enjoyed the complimentary espresso and beverages that Nicola provided. And the rain showers in both bathrooms are a nice touch! The location of the property was perfect for our group (5 adults) — everything was just a short walk away. It was easy to take the ferry to other towns on the lake from Torno, and we especially enjoyed our daily (sometimes twice daily) coffee from Bar Italia near the ferry stop. I would highly recommend this property and am excited to return the next time we are in the Lake Como area.

We spent 6 great days in Matteo's apartment! The location allows to make excursions to Milan as well as to Lake Maggiore (or others). Both can be reached directly from here by train. Behind the house is also a beautiful forest with nice hiking trails. In the kitchen we missed a few things, but the mother (lives upstairs, speaks only Italian) was very kind and helpful. She likes to borrow things. Overall, we were completely satisfied!

The place was great with all you need at a very honest price. The host was very helpful and kind. Gandria is a lovely picturesque place very close to Lugano. Great experience!

Excellent spot with a beautiful view. Plenty of room for 2 people. Kitchen is well equipped to cook home cooked meal and enjoy the beauty of the lake. Check in was smooth and Gian welcomed us and showed us around. Highly recommended!

We had a pleasant stay at Ana and Carlos's apartment which allowed us to discover the region. The fireplace is definitely an asset of this home and we enjoyed the evenings by the fire. Everything was clean and tidy, the apartment is tastefully decorated. In March, the brightness on this side of the lake is reduced by the mountains, and the apartment was less bright than in the pictures. This was not a problem since we spent our days on the hiking trails.

The apartment is in a very good location which allows you to move around without hanging the car. It is also well-equipped and spacious. We had the pleasure of seeing Laura who came to say hello to us when we arrived which is not often the case with the lockboxes.

We spent NYE at Nathalie's place, and it was simply magical. The apartment is wonderful, and that view breathtaking, especially at sunrises. Natahlie has been an amazing host, we did not have a car, and she came picking us up at Arona and drove us to the apartment. Superb experience, highly recommended!

It is a very cozy country house in the middle of the mountains on a small winery. We immediately fell in love with this location. The view of the mountains, Lake Maggiore hidden behind palm trees and pampas grass and the Verzasca dam is sensational. It was clean and everything you could need was there. A bit difficult to find, but thanks to Alberto's accessibility by phone, it went very well. A parking space is also available. You have great hiking opportunities, which Alberto sent us as a recommendation. In nearby Gordola you will also find everything you need. We are very happy to come back.
