Very good accommodation, great location, very good concierge service, cordial and helpful, as well as the hostess. A cool view of the sea, plenty of barbecue, party room, soccer court, Ping-pong table, flaflu. Secure Parking, Marketplace on the side. Anyway a great place to spend the summer or rest in the winter.

Our stay was excellent. We were very well received, the apartment is simple but extremely clean, organized and comfortable. The swimming pool is always clean and with the water treated and monitored and the living area with barbecue are great environments to share with other guests. The broad lawn, in addition to beautiful and well cared for, the feeling of decreased heat. We recommend hosting and we intend to return.

We were made to feel very welcome by Dona Rosane. The accommodation is in a small condominium, located 10 minutes walk from the beach and 20 min from the center of Nova Tramandai. Unlike what appears in the listing, it does have a pillow and some bed linen. We recommend the next guests to buy phosphorus, as the stove is not electric. In general, the accommodation complies with the proposed and was great to spend a few days enjoying the beach.
