Had an amazing time at this gorgeous house in phillip island! Loved every second and the amenities were amazing. Very close to town also, only downside your surrounded by houses on everyside (in the suburbs) but stick trip to town so overall great place would recommend!

I recently stayed at this amazing accommodation in San Remo, and I can't recommend it enough! The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the stunning beach and local shops. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the breathtaking views from our balcony. An absolute fabulous few days spent with family celebrating 70th Birthday. The house is fantastic with everything provided. The breakfast provisions certainly illustrate that every effort had been made to make our stay very special. The pool area and the magnificent views contributed to making our stay exceptional. David was a fantastic host and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Ten adults in their 50’s go away every year for the Labour Day weekend it’s close to pubs, restaurants and bars, a wonderful period home. Pool was great as it was hot, but would also love a stay in winter with the wood fire heating. All in all, we had a fantastic time! Beds comfortable, place clean, plenty of kitchen and dining amenities. Finally, the place is big but still cozy. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

This little peace of heaven was perfect for our family to celebrate my 40th birthday. From the moment we walked in the front gate to see the house amongst the gum trees and then the waterfall from the bedroom. We felt like we stepped into an old fairytale world with our own treehouse. Everywhere we walked felt like little fairy’s were waiting to greet us. The ferns throughout and stepping stones between each area made for the best adventures. The kids loved watching the frogs and tadpoles in the back pool. The natural pool was incredible and soul nourishing. Our first experience with a natural pool and it was breathtaking, especially being able to swim under the waterfalls. Thank you so much Sarah, we hope to return sometime Soon.

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

We had a gorgeous stay at Lavender Farm. Such a beautiful location to spend a few days, relax and enjoy the views. The breakfast provisions and walnut cake were so thoughtful and delicious. We would recommend a weekend away at Lavender Farm to everyone. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!

Helen’s place is a true hidden gem on Phillip Island. It has everything you need to unwind and enjoy a perfect getaway. The location is fantastic, close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and relaxing. The house itself is spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the BBQ and fire pit, which made our evenings extra special. Helen is an amazing host, super friendly, responsive, and always available if needed. Warby Retreat was spotlessly clean, peacefully quiet, had every amenity we could possible need and a very comfortable bed. The rainforest shower was amazing and we really felt like it was a home away from home. We would have liked to stay longer.

We had a great time, house perfect for families and friends. Kids enjoyed the big backyard, played cricket and basketball, as well as all the fun things to do inside like pool and table tennis. The location was perfect, we could walk to the main street, with the shops and beach close by. Would stay again!

We are AirBnB veterans having stayed in many in NA, UK, Canada and Aus. We always say that anyone who runs a BnB should live in it for a week to understand what you really need. It’s obvious our hosts have also stayed in many BnBs as they have provisioned the place well, the way you would like it if they were the guest. We Enjoyed; The art work The large bed (which was our initial attraction) Large functional kitchen. The lemon tree in the yard. Yummy fresh lemons for our drinks and zest etc. Highly recommended.

Stayed here with two other families - 6 adults and 5 kids. The weekend we were there it was very hot, thankfully there were fans in each room as well as the main aircon. Although we had to keep the bedroom doors open to keep the rooms cool. The house was big and spacious and great for the size of our group. It was also walking distance to the main area with restaurants. would recommend staying here!

Wow, this was such a gorgeous place to stay the night before our wedding and the night of. My bridal party and I got ready here for the wedding during the day and it was just perfect. We got some incredible photos with our photographer in the space too. It was a quiet, peaceful, relaxing place with great facilities, great bathrooms, really comfy beds, everything really nice and clean. So close to our venue too (The Farm Yarra Valley). Thanks Bec for the special extra touches and for making our wedding stay so memorable. It was a couple of days we will never forget and your place played a huge part in that! Xx

We really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space and close to vineyards and other attractions round about. The kitchen had a great variety of appliances, spices, etc and was well equipped. We had everything that we needed. Our friends staying with us from USA really loved the house and its situation by the vines. Fran was very easy to communicate with and made our stay very comfortable. We hope to be able to return soon. We will recommend it to our friends.

Outstanding house in a fabulous location - short walk to everything you need but far enough to be quiet and private. Hosts are very responsive and communicated in advance on some maintenance work that had been done just prior to check in. Perfect house for a family and long weekend getaway at the beach. All in all, 10/10 experience.
