Beautiful little apartment great value for money my second stay

Lovely Annexe, so much storage, lots of cleaning products, Host friendly and very helpful. Area peaceful and quiet, free parking. Area lite well when returning in dark, felt safe. Could cook own meals which is great. Host gave me a large bag and was happy to wash bed linen and towels. Lovely local pub, food great. Local to family and friends. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Victoria and Darren for your hospitality and help your both great Hosts.

Had a fantastic stay at graham's. It's certainly not in the centre of hustle and bustle but beautifully located in lovely surroundings and easily accessible to nearby towns. Great for walking my dog and a great gastro but within walking distance. would happily recommend for anyone to go to graham's. 👍

Good location with easy access to centre of Oxford by a regular bus service. Annex had everything we needed for a weekend stay and was clean and well maintained. We didn't get to meet the hosts but had clear instructions for check-in and a message on day 2 to check that all was ok with the our accomodation. Would recommend as ideal for a city break.

This is one of the best, if not the best, Air BnB we ever had. Impeccable clean. Has everything you need. The host provides everything some extras you don’t normally expect. Just like home. Host is very friendly and responsive. Flexible check in and checkout helps us a lot on our erratic schedule. Close to Abingdon town centre. Few minutes walk to bus stop to Oxford/Didcot. Spacious car park. Close to river Thames. I would strongly suggest this for people coming to Abingdon and Oxford.

Lovely space close enough to to the city centre. Very clean and comfortable beds. Would recommend!

It was a last minute decision to “escape” for a few days and this beautiful apartment and local area certainly enabled us to do so. The apartment is of a high standard, more than fully equipped and was extremely comfortable. The welcome goodies were very much appreciated too. Gabriella’s information was the most detailed we have ever had from an owner and meant that we settled in very quickly. We are already looking at dates to return and have also already recommended the apartment to others. Thanks Gabriella & Phil

Just want to say wow what a fantastic beautiful place you have here, everything was perfect for what we needed for a lovely weekend away, wish we could have stayed longer, will definitely be coming back here for sure in the future. Orchard House is lovely family home, very comfortable for a large family group stay. Our weekend was a birthday treat for a grandparent and two families with 5 children. Agnes left her own children's toys available to play with and that made the venue a great hit with our youngsters. That and the spacious and extremely well equipped rooms made our weekend a great success. The location is easy to find and well placed for anyone visiting Oxford and the surrounding areas, particularly convenient for Woodstock and Blenheim Palace. An all round 5 star venue and a great and considerate host, Agnes.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The neighborhood is lovely, with a peaceful and friendly atmosphere. My son absolutely loved the woodland area and nearby parks, providing plenty of opportunities for outdoor fun and exploration. The house itself was very well-planned and organised, making our stay incredibly comfortable. There was ample parking space, which was a great convenience. Every detail in the house was thoughtfully arranged, contributing to a truly homey and relaxing environment. Toby was an exceptional host—very approachable and always available whenever we needed anything. His responsiveness and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a delightful and hassle-free stay.

Sam is a great host and her accommodation is perfect for a short break away in the Cotswolds. It is a short walk in to Chipping Norton town centre where there are lots of nice restaurants and pubs. I can highly recommend the Boxing Hare for a country pub with dining about a 5 mile drive away, food is amazing. The accommodation is spotless and Sam has thought of everything. Couldn’t recommend more highly, definitely hope to visit again.

Just a perfect place for usjto stay for a few days to catch up with friends and family in the area. Feels just like home with everything you need for a stay. A short walk to M&S and close to lovely cafes, restaurants and local walks.

I stayed at this beautiful flat for 4 weeks. It was very comfortable, secure,warm and in an ideal location.The host Kate was lovely and could not have been more helpful and friendly.

This was a great apartment and location. The apartment was perfect for a family with 2 teenagers and the location was fantastic.

Really lovely stay, the place was immaculate and Dave/Debbie were really helpful. Really liked the little touches like milk in the fridge and some snacks as well. Was a really nice comfortable home away from home. Really enjoyed our stay, thanks guys!

This is a fantastic place to stay in Stratford. Lovely clean, comfortable and warm apartment, 20 minute walk to the town centre which is great. Safe off street parking. Every amenity you could need for a weekend. Perfect

Really great apartment just down the road from the train station for very easy access to Resorts world for a concert we were attending ! The space is just as described and was very easy to get into and communication was great!
