Cabin vacation rentals in Tow

We rented this cabin on the fly (literally) my husband and I were looking for quick getaways for a much needed vacation and time away from the norm and it was my bday weekend as well. We had never heard of Burton, TX or Log Country Cabins and are both Texas natives but we are so glad that we came across it on our search and decided to give it a try. The cabin itself was just as described and looked like the photos online and the location of the cabin was amazing. The views were amazing, access to the lake and creek for fishing was just steps away from the cabin and the common area and peaceful park were just steps away too. The weather was perfect and it was not peak season so it also felt secluded and private and not too crowded which is what we were looking for! We had an amazing time disconnecting from the everyday and re connecting with each other! We enjoyed every bit of it & will be returning soon!!

Everything as advertised: clean cozy cabin located near several hikes. My one criticism is that it's located in a fairly crowded RV park. RV parks aren't really my thing. I can't remember if this was explained in the ad. Anyway, the cabin itself was great.

We spent Christmas at Brooke’s place and she thought of everything. The lake, water toys and beautiful sunsets were a hit with everyone. Everything was as described and ready for us! Would definitely recommend. Thank you🎄

The cabin was wonderful! Very quiet neighborhood in a convenient location near the main town center of Kingsland. The cabin was large, clean, and comfortable with a ton of lovely touches from the host. For all pup owners, there is a large yard which is only partially fenced in. That being said, our doggo thoroughly enjoyed the yard, but only with our supervision. Something to keep in mind if you have dogs that like to roam or spend a lot of time outside.

the photos of the views seemed too good to be true, but it really was that beautiful! zoha was a great host & answered all of my questions before and during our stay. the grounds were gorgeous & the cabins were so accommodating! the outdoor ammenities alone are worth booking for. would def book again! a few FYIs for future bookers: -the bathroom situation could’ve been better—the main bath doesn’t have a shower curtain or door for the toilet closet so people couldn’t get ready in there while others were using certain facilities. and the bunk cabins sleep ~10 but only have one bathroom so that wasn’t the most ideal for everyone to get ready. -be aware that the lofts are way higher than we expected—the ladder to get up there was probably 10ft tall. -the cabins are staggered along the hill, so if you’re not in good shape you might have difficulty going uphill/downhill from cabin to cabin -similarly, the steps down to the pool are uneven stones and were slightly treacherous to go up/down

Very nice. We wanted a quite natural get away for my wife's birthday. The bed (pillow- end) was a full window to the outside (private, except the deer could see us ...) which allow us to wake up to see the stars. The stars were exceptionally bright, and large to the point that we wondered if the window was in effect, a magnifying glass. We visited four of the recommended eating establishments, and look forward to returning. Much to do in this area, and only two hours from our home. We will be returning.

A beautiful home! We had a blast! With 5 kids under 5 they had it ALL and our kids loved the backyard. We spent the day at beach club in January- they have one pool that is heated to about the level of a hot tub. It was amazing and the perfect family getaway.

Miranda is a wonderful host. She is very responsive and considerate. She made sure to bring us a heater due to the weather change. The arcade games were the high light of the night. Highly recommend.

Fabulous time at Salty Dog Ranch. We loved the horses, donkeys and goats - they were so entertaining! It is the perfect place to get away and enjoy the stars and the sunsets.

Great secluded space on the water!

Three girlfriends and I stayed at Drew's cabin for a fun weekend in Spicewood and Marble Falls. Drew was very helpful and responsive when we had questions and the check-in and check-out procedures were easy and well communicated. We cooked dinner and breakfast both days and didn't have any issues with the amenities. The cabin was perfect for us.

What a WONDERFUL stay! Hosts are very responsive, accommodating and kind. Space is perfect! Has everything you would need for travelers—comfortable bed, dining and food storage, great shower! Plus, my fur baby had a spacious and safe place to roam around in the yard. Highly recommend!

My friends and I went here for a girls night, and it was the perfect getaway. The cabin was a touch hot, luckily I had an extra fan in my car that we were able to use to help cool it down some!

Peaceful getaway in a quiet lakeside community. There were deer everywhere! We really enjoyed the outdoor area with the fire pit and Outdoor TV. House was stocked with k-cups and quality bathroom products (Native Brand shampoo, conditioner, & body wash). Emily was very helpful and responsive. It was the easiest check-in and check-out process I’ve ever had!

It was a cute and cozy cabin, farm style decor, clean and well stocked. The view of the lake is great and great hiking all around. Internet/TV spotty but i guess you get away to get away from that lol Definitely would book a stay again.

I loved staying here— it was peaceful and welcoming. This is a hidden gem! I loved to see the wild peacocks roam around and Maria was such a lovely host that cares about your comfort. Do yourself a favor and stay!

A nice cozy cabin on a beautiful property just outside of Bertram. Our stay was very peaceful and enjoyable. Everything was very clean and had all the amenities needed. Great porches to enjoy a meal or to sit and watch the gorgeous Texas sunsets. Very responsive host and clear instructions. Loved the little French Bulldog that was always eager to greet you! Would highly recommend this Airbnb!!!

Fantastic host and home! We originally booked another property by the host, but they had a long time renter that ended up continuing their residency during our stay. Host immediately let us know and offered their other property at a discount, and with a bit of a refund! They even installed Internet here for me as I had to work on this vacation. The cabin has a wonderful rustic, cozy atmosphere right on the Llano River and was super clean (and smelled phenomenal inside, it was a great touch)! Host was friendly and communicative during the entire experience and was very quick to respond. A really great stay with really great hosts!

"D" Cabin on the Lake was a little treasure! We stayed here with 4 boys (ages 7-15) and one dog and all of us went to bed exhausted and thoroughly happy every day! From the great fishing (an assortment of bass, catfish, and bluegills), to boating, to paddle boarding (the river is a short trip down the channel), to just sitting and enjoying the afternoon it was fantastic. The cabin looks small but even with 6 people we never felt cramped or crowded preparing and eating meals, watching a movie, or just relaxing in bed. We had a great weekend and will be back!

Loved the cabin! Beautiful drive out there and beautiful surroundings. Very comfortable and would love to stay again.

It was clean and a lot of space for big families and has everything you need and I recommend it I would like to go back.

It was a cute cottage to stay and very accessible to Lampasas. It was very clean and Jamie was very communicative. We met the owner when we got there, who was very kind and told us a bit about the property and it's history. Would definitely come back! :)
