In the cold winter, the ankatu fried out to the heart, and the octopus carpaccio spreads into the mouth every bite... and the dishes of the land made of healthy rice noodles and broth ingredients are gentle to the body and the heart is full of gem. All of them are carefully crafted dishes, so please enjoy the deliciousness of Hino slowly. In particular, "Japanese vegetable pickles", a special product, is my favorite. At the end of the ice cream, the sweetness and simplicity remain, and the luxurious time flows slowly. After a meal, please relax and warm up to the core in this inn's "Shigaraku-yaki bath".The daily fatigue melts in the warm hot water.
