Townhome vacation rentals in Torrey Pines State Beach

This home is in a beautiful neighborhood, I have never felt more safe in a new location! The host was on top of all communication. I showed up knew exactly what to do. We loved walking to the cliffs every morning and night for the amazing views! We already can’t wait to come back. I would stay here every time!! Also, very clean home and had all the supplies we needed.

My son who lives in San Diego and I stayed at this property and we loved the privacy and space the unit offers. My suggestion to the owner would be to buy more pots and pans to cook. We had to buy a Pyrex, large frying pan and large pot. The idea was to cook at home as much as possible. The smoke detector seemed to set off anytime we cooked. Other than that it is a great place and I would definitely go back when I return for my next visit to San Diego.

Such an amazing place! The location is perfect and walkable to so many bars, restaurants, shops, the beach and anything you need. With such a nice layout and so much space for us, the house itself was great and everything we needed for our trip to PB. It was really easy to get to other areas of San Diego we were visiting as well. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Absolutely marvelous stay. Michelle’s home is beautiful and well-equipped for everything our family needed to thrive on a few days’ vacation. We flew in and had only the basics and Michelle’s home had all we needed for fun at the beach, at the pool, and the kitchen was equally set up. We loved the pools which I think are salt-water pools which was a super pleasant surprise. Amazing little community right on the beach and super quiet. The decor is beautiful, maintenance and cleanliness 10/10. Loved seeing the ocean from the kitchen/living room and hearing the ocean from the deck. One of the finest Airbnb stays we’ve had, and Michelle is a Marvelous host. We would love to come back.

Our stay here was wonderful! The 3 bed/3 bath, especially in this price point, turned out to be a game changer for our group (two families with teenage kids). Living space slightly on the smaller side with just one couch, but the adults sat chatting at the dining table most nights anyways so it all worked out. Location was perfect. Felt like a safe neighborhood, less than 20 min drive from the destinations we visited (in all directions), and ~10 min walk to the beach. Plus, a Trader Joe’s just down the street! Off a somewhat busy road, but felt safe and still fairly quiet. You can hear the cars driving by at night, especially from the primary bedroom, but it was not a disturbance to us. Our rental car was too big for the reserved parking, but we never had a problem finding street parking. Hosts were responsive, though I only had to reach out asking for early check in (which they accommodated) and a checkout question (answered quickly). Highly recommend and would stay here again!

The place was exactly what we were looking for while visiting family nearby. It was clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t spend that much time there because it was in such a great spot - walking distance to the beach and downtown Carlsbad, and super close to the freeway for going anywhere further. Will definitely look to stay here again when returning to Carlsbad!

This place was great for our family gathering. It was nice each couple had their own room and bathroom. The garage with charging port was a great bonus.

Awesome location! Home was clean and perfect for our group. Teens appreciated how close the home was to the beach (a block away), the bay and Belmont park. Tastefully decorated, great TV room upstairs. The home had everything we needed. Although the home is close to the beach, it is located off the main road. If you’re a light sleeper, and you leave your window open, wear earplugs. Otherwise, perfect overall.

Love the home! It was located in downtown San Diego in the East Village. Great location with lots to do and see. The home was gorgeous and had all the amenities such as WiFi, parking, and laundry that we were looking for. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again in the future.

Such a great place for our small family! Kitchen was very well stocked, beds were comfortable, and the location is fantastic.

I have personally stayed on F street in 2 other BnB’s within this complex and this one is by far the nicest and most functional. Six of us enjoyed new years at petco which is a 13 min walk from the bnb. We will definitely be back for future trips!

Linda greeted us on arrival and showed us around the townhouse and the complex. This was a wonderful place to stay and had lots of restaurants etc within walking distance. Beautiful complex right on the beach. Linda was on hand for any advice and help and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the townhouse.

Dry spacious, and accessible to the Little Italy restaurants and night life. Jacqueline is, not only hospitable and accessible, but is also very cute!!! All the best

Danny's place was perfectly located, perfectly outfitted and perfectly clean. You couldn't ask for more. Except perhaps a Tesla charger in the garage... Which he had!! See you next time I'm in San Diego.

The hosts were highly responsive and quick to address any questions or concerns, which was a major positive during our stay. The space was adequate for our group of four adults and provided a functional base for our trip. However, so that they can keep costs low I think they rely more on previous tenants cleaning up after themselves, rather than a full cleaning service, which meant the bedding and overall tidiness did not meet typical expectations. Additionally, there were maintenance issues, including a sink that didn’t drain properly and a broken shower, which impacted convenience. I did let them know of these issues and I believe they will be fixed so overall satisfied with the stay, and would stay again if needed.

Great stay! Very spacious and clean. Excellent/ comfortable beds. Very clean and updated bathrooms. Nice extra touches like a coffee machine and pots and pans available. Very walkable and driveable to nearby places. no issues. Great host! Would 100% stay again.

Really nice place and great communication with Jennifer! Neighborhood was great with lots of close places to eat and things to do, and the space looked like the pictures. The only thing we had trouble with was the street parking since our car was too big for the garage - maybe plan to spend some time searching for a spot if your car is on the larger side!

Rivani was an amazing host! Super responsive, thoughtful and flexible to our needs. The Airbnb was in an awesome location and fit our group perfectly. The linen closet was well stocked with bath and beach towels which made it super easy for us to go about our day without too much forethought! Would 100% recommend for families and friend groups!

This is a great home with 2 large bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms on 2nd floor. Very spacious and open main level and great kitchen, plenty of space to work. It is a great locations very walkable to Harbor Dr, Convention Center, Gaslamp area and Little Italy and the Harbor area. Jordan is a great host, was superb with all communication before and during the stay, and highly responsive to any issues or questions. We did not have any issues with the train noise and slept totally fine. Would definitely stay here again for work or tourist visit.

Dan was an awesome and really friendly host and either he or his co-hosts responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had! Even though the house is not directly on the beach, it is within walking distance and in a great location regardless. Everything in the city is only about 20-25 minutes away, so you do not have to worry about all the craziness of staying directly in town! I loved this Airbnb and the whole experience and would definitely want to book here again someday!
