Townhome vacation rentals in Torrey Pines State Beach

Perfect location for a stay during a convention at the downtown convention center. Three of us stayed here for three nights while attending a convention downtown. It turned out to be a perfect location as we were easily able to get from the house to the convention center and under 20 minutes each day. The house is extremely clean and is great for a business trip as there are three separate bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The neighborhood is in a beautiful location and is extremely peaceful and quiet. One of our team members enjoys running and ran each morning around point Loma and loved the location. We cooked breakfast each morning and the kitchen amenities are top-notch. The host was also extremely helpful when one of our team members left an item behind ; she called us and helped coordinate pick up of the item. Overall, I would highly recommend this for any business trip downtown but it also seems like a great place to stay if you’re just wanting to check out San Diego.

I had a great stay at Hector’s place! He was extremely proactive and responsive to all our questions and requests, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. The location is excellent, close to multiple attractions in town, which made getting around very convenient. The townhome itself is well-designed and spacious, with three floors: the first floor has a master bedroom and laundry, the second floor features a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a social bathroom, and an office space, and the third floor has another master suite. The layout was convenient for our stay, providing both privacy and great common areas to relax. Overall, a great experience!

Our stay was fantastic -- the home had everything we needed for our family of four (baby+toddler), and the pool/beach/hot tub were fantastic. We were able to travel to Legoland, San Diego, and nearby beaches very easily. The people around the community were also extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely return and stay here in the future!

Very easy check in, with all instructions clearly explained prior to our visit. This was a very convenient location with lots of amenities that made our experience a great stay!

The place was exactly what we were looking for while visiting family nearby. It was clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t spend that much time there because it was in such a great spot - walking distance to the beach and downtown Carlsbad, and super close to the freeway for going anywhere further. Will definitely look to stay here again when returning to Carlsbad!

Awesome location! Home was clean and perfect for our group. Teens appreciated how close the home was to the beach (a block away), the bay and Belmont park. Tastefully decorated, great TV room upstairs. The home had everything we needed. Although the home is close to the beach, it is located off the main road. If you’re a light sleeper, and you leave your window open, wear earplugs. Otherwise, perfect overall.

Safe neighborhood, clean house, comfortable beds, great communication! We were allowed early checkin and the stay was perfect. Loved having the garage and full kitchen! Highly recommend!

Amanda saved my trip when she stepped in at extremely short notice to allow me to stay in her apartment after I was let down by a different host. Communication was brilliant and Amanda was so helpful throughout my stay. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well situated, with everything I needed for a great stay. Extremely highly recommended.

Our family of 5 (with our adult kids) had a lovely stay at the townhouse in Encinitas. Mike was a great host and the home was just as described. It was well stocked with most everything we needed, very comfortable and had plenty of room for all of us. We especially enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the evening sunsets from the beach stair decks. The neighborhood community was friendly, quiet and beautifully maintained, and we took advantage of the pool and hot tub. It was the perfect place for our family and we would definitely stay again the next time we're in town!

We had a wonderful stay in the best neighborhood in San Diego. The view from the terrace is to die for and makes for a very relaxing morning coffee time. Annie is a great host and very responsive - looking forward to a return trip.

I have personally stayed on F street in 2 other BnB’s within this complex and this one is by far the nicest and most functional. Six of us enjoyed new years at petco which is a 13 min walk from the bnb. We will definitely be back for future trips!

This place was great for our family gathering. It was nice each couple had their own room and bathroom. The garage with charging port was a great bonus.

We had a wonderful stay at Jacob’s place with our family of 4! The location was perfect for access to explore San Diego. The layout worked well for our family and we appreciated the extra folding bed. The unit was quiet and felt safe. Jacob and his team had great communication throughout the stay!

We enjoyed our stay so much and was perfect for our needs. The townhome was exactly what was pictured and we appreciated prompt communication with our host. The location is walking distance to restaurant, bars, coffee shops and a small market. We will definitely be staying here again! Past reviews described a bit of noise as the townhome has shared walls, but on our visit, we did not experience that. Overall, we had a great experience!

Monica is a outstanding host. Their hospitality and attention to detail made my stay at their property absolutely perfect. Communication was smooth and easy, and he was always available to answer my questions and needs. The property was impeccably clean and organized, and Monica made sure I had everything I needed to feel at home. In short, Monica is a host who truly cares about her guests and strives to provide them with a memorable experience. I recommend it without reservation to any traveler looking for a comfortable and cozy stay.

This is a great home with 2 large bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms on 2nd floor. Very spacious and open main level and great kitchen, plenty of space to work. It is a great locations very walkable to Harbor Dr, Convention Center, Gaslamp area and Little Italy and the Harbor area. Jordan is a great host, was superb with all communication before and during the stay, and highly responsive to any issues or questions. We did not have any issues with the train noise and slept totally fine. Would definitely stay here again for work or tourist visit.

Beautiful, comfortable place to stay. Right across from the beach! This place really has everything, very detail oriented to maximize the comfort of guests. Furniture, beds, kitchen/bath fixtures, dishes, appliances, tech, lighting, landscaping - all amazing. Hosts are fantastic as well. Little details make such a difference, including robes, towels, high chair, coffee options, doggy waste bags, umbrellas, patio furniture...etc. They provide so much for their guests! It's a treat to stay here for sure!

Place was awesome for my family. Having a garage to park our car was helpful. Great location. Loved the rooftop!
