Townhome vacation rentals in Torrevieja

We had a great day at Ruth‘s place. Check in was very straightforward with a lot of contact via text beforehand. The house is very clean, quite large with a big roof terrace and barbecue. It’s only 10 minutes walk from the bars and restaurants at La Finca, which are very lively expat areas with quizzes, parties etc. Great experience, really enjoyed it.

Very successful stay at Martin's place. Beautiful , enclosed neighborhood with a great pool. Some permanent residents ( nice and willing to talk) and some people like us. Even though we were there in August, it wasn't crowded. It happened to us that we were alone at the pool, so we felt like we were in a private home. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated, clean and tidy. Everything we needed was in place from scissors, corkscrews, cooking, and a grocery notebook attached to the fridge. The kitchen was small, but it was great to work in. Highly recommended! Good job Martin!

We spotted this place online in an area we wanted to explore. During the booking process and check in Hilmar was fantastic.He gave clear and helpful advice and offered a shuttle service(for a small fee) from the airport (which we accepted) we arrived at Alicante and after a few messages were picked up and taken to La Mata to the accommodation. The accommodation is beautiful and just what we needed...there is a communal pool on site and shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The beach is a picturesque walk through woodland and across a boardwalk (10-15 mins) The whole stay and travel process was amazing but I must point out Hilmar is the best host I have ever encountered... Dont hesitate to book this place it's just fantastic. Thanks Hilmar &Katherina

The maintenance house in Svetlana was fantastic for our family! In addition, the house was cozy and comfortable. It was well equipped with all we needed during our experience. Spacious and bright rooms, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen-it all created an atmosphere of home comfort. We felt like home and enjoyed every moment. The location of the home was also perfect.We could go straight out of the house and be on the beach just a few steps down. It was very comfortable, especially if we were to take a bath or just walk along the coast. We recommend it to anyone looking for a secluded place to stay with great views and comfort. It was the perfect holiday for our family and we look forward to coming back again!

Veronika's house is a dream, it is in a quiet yet central location, it is modernly furnished and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with a citrus juicer, blender and scales. There is also washing up liquid, tabs and tea towels. A dishcloth would be good. Dishes and glasses for 12 people, 2 pots and pans. It was wonderful that the fridge was stocked so that we had something to eat when we arrived late and also for breakfast. Unfortunately the house was not very clean and there is some mold in the showers. After contacting Veronika they immediately offered to send the cleaning staff. We would gladly book the house again in the foreseeable future.

A beautiful location near the beach. The pools were nice, and everything. I recommend this location for your stay in Torrevieja.

The stay at the house was great. It is two steps away from the beach, there is no parking problem and it is very clean. In addition, the hosts have behaved very well with us, they were very kind and even when we arrived they had food and fresh drink. The house has all kinds of cooking utensils and some beach stuff we were able to use. If we return to that area, we will repeat.

I spent 2 months in this wonderful home during the winter of 2024. I think it has everything I wanted to make me feel at home. I was happy to find good matrasses in the house. I find that very important. The urbanization is quiet but not extremely appealing. Perfect for spending time in Spain while I was working. The host is very kind, very responsive and helpful. I hope to return next winter

Had a great stay at Antonio's place, he was really friendly and even came to greet us on New years eve to personally hand over the keys. He has everything needed to stay and in such a beautiful location. Will definitely look at coming back to stay again

We felt super comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We had an issue with the water heater and Pascual took care of it right away. Super! All in all, we were very satisfied and thank Pascual very much for the hospitality and welcome gift in the fridge.💐 Highly recommended, we would love to come back.

Beautiful apartment, very well distributed, with parking area, barbecue and with terraces to relax, sunbathe and enjoy your stay. The spacious and comfortable rooms, the pool is nearby and the kitchen is well equipped. The wifi is good and having so much terrace, barbecue and Smart TV and so on who cares that TV does not tune in addition to TV.

Very nice place. Nice landlord. Beach, restaurants, supermarket accessible by foot. We highly recommend the apartment.
