A great spot! This was the perfect retreat, lovely pool, sunbeds and nice restaurants and bars around the area it was good to get to with a bike you can borrow if you don’t have a car. A golf resort with a restaurant and Paul was great in answering any questions I had! Interested in coming again for sure

Very successful stay at Martin's place. Beautiful , enclosed neighborhood with a great pool. Some permanent residents ( nice and willing to talk) and some people like us. Even though we were there in August, it wasn't crowded. It happened to us that we were alone at the pool, so we felt like we were in a private home. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated, clean and tidy. Everything we needed was in place from scissors, corkscrews, cooking, and a grocery notebook attached to the fridge. The kitchen was small, but it was great to work in. Highly recommended! Good job Martin!

We spotted this place online in an area we wanted to explore. During the booking process and check in Hilmar was fantastic.He gave clear and helpful advice and offered a shuttle service(for a small fee) from the airport (which we accepted) we arrived at Alicante and after a few messages were picked up and taken to La Mata to the accommodation. The accommodation is beautiful and just what we needed...there is a communal pool on site and shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The beach is a picturesque walk through woodland and across a boardwalk (10-15 mins) The whole stay and travel process was amazing but I must point out Hilmar is the best host I have ever encountered... Dont hesitate to book this place it's just fantastic. Thanks Hilmar &Katherina

The maintenance house in Svetlana was fantastic for our family! In addition, the house was cozy and comfortable. It was well equipped with all we needed during our experience. Spacious and bright rooms, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen-it all created an atmosphere of home comfort. We felt like home and enjoyed every moment. The location of the home was also perfect.We could go straight out of the house and be on the beach just a few steps down. It was very comfortable, especially if we were to take a bath or just walk along the coast. We recommend it to anyone looking for a secluded place to stay with great views and comfort. It was the perfect holiday for our family and we look forward to coming back again!

A lovely spacious home in a peaceful area, (February) with more than sufficient equipment supplied for an enjoyable stay. It is scarcely 5 mins walk to supermarket and many good restaurants, to suit all tastes. We appreciated the drinking water filtering system which meant not having to carry any back from supermarket. A taxi back from La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre was approx €8. Some info on a local bus service, which I think runs from the front of the Consum supermarket area, would have been appreciated. We enjoyed the roof terrace and the comfy beanbags for sunbathing. The pool appeared a little chilly for this time of year so we didn't try it. Car parking very convenient and safe when it's underground and locked in. Veronika responds very quickly, we only had 2 minor queries. One thing to note is that when interior lights are on at night in the living room, the sun blinds do not make the room private - it is very easy to see quite clearly in through them from outside!

A beautiful location near the beach. The pools were nice, and everything. I recommend this location for your stay in Torrevieja.

I spent 2 months in this wonderful home during the winter of 2024. I think it has everything I wanted to make me feel at home. I was happy to find good matrasses in the house. I find that very important. The urbanization is quiet but not extremely appealing. Perfect for spending time in Spain while I was working. The host is very kind, very responsive and helpful. I hope to return next winter

We felt super comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We had an issue with the water heater and Pascual took care of it right away. Super! All in all, we were very satisfied and thank Pascual very much for the hospitality and welcome gift in the fridge.💐 Highly recommended, we would love to come back.

Really great little house. Has everything you need and a great location, not far from the beach and main town.

Carlos is a super host, always looking forward to it . The house is very clean and has everything you need to “live” (I just missed the typical minipimer). 0 coverage in the house but since there is wifi, you can call by WhatsApp. The pool is very cool for children The beach is very close to the car , supermarkets too. In short , a pleasant stay, I would repeat. Thank you Carlos

Lovely apartment and well shaded for most of the day but could do with another few folding chairs (there was only one). The only downside was the fixed stone table and benches in the front patio area which weren't comfortable to use. But overall a great location and a very comfortable apartment.

Andrew was a very helpful host and I was able to check in and leave a bit earlier/later than advertised.

The hosts were very kind and accommodating. If you have dogs there is a nice area with grass and trees nearby to walk your pets. There is also a little bakery/cafe on the corner. It was winter so we did not get to use the pool, but the pool was very pretty and I'm sure it will be nice to use in the summer. Also, it was a short drive to ALDI, Carrefour, and the mall and not far from the beach.

Perfect stay…… wished we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be returning.

We really couldn't have chosen better place for our vacation. The house is super good, the airs cooled to top, it is pet friendly, clean and the beach is super close! 100% recommended! ❤️❤️
