Excellent one bedroom home for what i needed. Melissa is also an excellent host. All straight forward and Melissa was awesome and quick to respond. 15-20 minute walk to everything in Long Beach. I plan to stay again this time next year.

We spent an entire month at The Perfect Place after losing our home in the Eaton Fires. It was the perfect amount of space for 2 dogs and 2 humans :) the kitchen was very well equipped and we even cooked at home a couple times. The couch is super comfy for TV watching or just hanging out: We took some really beautiful walks and LOVED some of the restaurants around there. James was very responsive and sweet to us. Thank you! Wonderful stay! We travelled with our family and have a toddler. The house was very accommodating for our family with a whole room full of toys and books, even high chair! We took advantage of the sand toys that were in the house as well. Clean house and had everything we needed to make dinners. Shawn would proactively text us if we needed anything and gave some yummy local places to eat that we can walk to. Overall a great trip! Thanks Shawn!

This home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Really enjoyed the outdoor space!

Wonderful location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, a library, a playground, and beach. We loved heading out on foot to grab coffee and walk to the ocean, or to the beach along the canal which was so close and uncrowded. Great shower, washer and dryer in the unit, kind and responsive hosts. The window a/c units in each bedroom provided nice climate control. We were very comfortable and would’ve liked to have stayed longer. There is some road noise at night from the close proximity to 2nd street, and cars must be moved on Thursday/Friday due to street sweeping, but I was able to find parking a few blocks away on 2nd St, so I would suggest doing that rather than looking in the neighborhoods.

Craig was very responsive and helpful. The place was exactly as pictured and for being in a very LA type location it was still relatively quiet throughout the day and night. We were a group of girls traveling and we really appreciated the makeup towels provided in the bathroom. Lots of cleaning supplies and was exactly as pictured.

We loved having a clean and organized place to stay during our visit to Disneyland. it was close enough for a quick Uber ride and far enough away for peace and quiet. We would definitely try to stay here again! The hot tub was amazing on our sore legs and feet, too.

My family and I were evacuees from the Eaton Canyon Fire, and I can’t fully express how incredible Andrea and her spouse have been to us. Their kindness and generosity made us feel safe, cared for, and truly at home during such a challenging time. This Airbnb was the first place where we felt settled, and we are beyond grateful for the many ways Andrea went above and beyond to support us. The space itself is serene, both inside and out, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. It was exactly what we needed.

Nice place to hang out at the pool and have a bbq. Heated pool felt like therapy and my kids loved it.

Great location!! So close to Disney. You can see the fireworks from the window. Very convenient. Will definitely come back.

Anh's place was perfect for our family trip to Disneyland. The neighborhood is very pleasant and quiet and the house is just a short drive to Disneyland. Anh was an attentive and pleasant host. The beds were so comfortable that our oldest daughter remarked she wished she could bring the mattress home with her!

The house was great, it is in a quiet little neighborhood within walking distance of Disneyland. It’s a charming house, fit us well, and Carmen went above and beyond to make the stay great! She had strollers for kids, ponchos for Disneyland, and even got us an extra pack n play for our kids so we didn’t have to pack any on a flight. She also heated the pool for us before the stay and decorated with some balloons for my wife’s birthday.

This is a wonderful place to stay — spacious, clean, and comfortable. Karen was very responsive and answered all my questions quickly during our stay. Highly recommended!

Alison’s place was fantastic! It was clean and very charming. We loved the neighbourhood. Nice and close to all our planned activities. The pool and spa in the backyard were amazing. Our kids couldn’t get enough of it. Alison keeps the pool and spa nice and warm. Everything was just perfect. Communication with Alison was always quick and easy. I would absolutely stay here again.

The location of this rental is ideal, a block from the beach. The house is well equipped, as pictured in the listing. Our host Rich met us at the house and was very responsive in communication. He monitored some minor maintenance activity in the upper unit to ensure we weren’t bothered by noise. We enjoyed having access to the 2 cruiser bikes and garage parking for our car. I was a bit put off by the multiple emails from HappiTravels prior to our stay. I understand that Newport Beach has very strict regulations on parking, noise, etc, but I didn’t need to be reminded repeatedly. Overall a good stay.

David and Ginger are good hosts. They allowed us to get in earlier than the stipulated time. We made good their home and the easy access to Long Beach. They were flexible to us in exiting the home so we could wait there instead of the airport. Thank you

if you are familiar with LA when it comes up to parking, this is the place you want to be because they have plenty of parking for your car😀

after some long days walking almost 9 miles in Disneyland, the hot tub was a miracle! Judy was very responsive even in later hours of the evening when we had questions. Definitely would stay here again.

Kevin's home was beautiful, well-maintained, and located in such a nice neighborhood. An easy walk to the beach! There were clear instructions for parking, cleaning, and check out. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay.

I have stayed in many Airbnbs. Steve’s care and dedication to being an excellent host has made this the best stay I’ve ever booked. Steve is not your average host - he is the definition of a super host. When I arrived, it had been long day and I was tired and hungry. I read through the guest info and found that Steve had stocked the fridge and cubbards with a few food items in case his guest was arriving late / hungry. I can’t describe how luxurious it felt to ACTUALLY be able to relax and not worry about getting groceries on my first night. The property is absolutely gorgeous and very easy to access using code locks. The guest house provides a very generous amount of privacy while still allowing access to the front yard and pool in the back. In my opinion this stay was perfect. The location was almost too good to be true being walking distance from Trader Joe’s, target, Ralph’s, and a ton of awesome cafes and restaurants. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Chantal was an ideal host! She was easy to communicate with but also let us have privacy. I'm a bit of a space cadet and forgot the door code briefly. She immediately responded and even when I confessed to being a moron she assured me I wasn't 🤣 I am a moron, but it was nice of her. At one point she knew we were out and a festival was going on and she let us know parking was going to be a bit troublesome when we returned. I appreciated that because it helped us make a game plan. The Garden space is lovely and private I spent quite a bit of time out there. If we ever venture back to LA (It was myself my partner and my 14 year old son) I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!
