Vacation rentals with a patio in Tone River

Great location. Convenience stores just across the street. And just several minutes walk to Ebisu Station & Atré Shopping Mall. The apartment is very clean and not cluttered with knick-knacks. (Maybe a bit austere.) It has basic amenities but doesn't have a TV set. Guests to this apartment will get a good taste of urban life in the middle of Tokyo.

This was a gem of a place in the heart of Tokyo . Easy connection to local transport and a really nice quite place for a extended stay We will be looking this up on our next trip to Tokyo as well

Great accommodation in Shinjuku, on a quiet little street corner away from the chaos of the central streets, but very walkable to all the food and the bars, etc. host was meticulous and communicative, will be back! 😊

Great stay, clean and close to train station. The stairs are a lot of you have a lot of luggage and the bed is very firm( but everywhere we’ve stayed in Japan all the beds are firm) easy check in and great space!

Amazing little apartment right in the centre of the lively Shinjuku neighbourhood. All amenities you need are within walking distance. I highly recommend for a short stay in Tokyo.

I asked a lot of questions before and after check-in, and I was grateful that you always answered them kindly. The accommodation was also perfect for a family of 5 to stay! There are Shin-Okubo and Higashi-Shinjuku stations to the left and right, so you can easily get around wherever you go.

Great location and easy access apartment with a quick response host! The place was clean, the neighborhood was great. If you want to walk 5-10 mins, you can find so many great local cafes and restaurants. Hatagaya station was literally 4 min walk. I would absolutely stay here again!

It was a joy staying at this apartment. Whatever you need is provided and the place has kept my 2 young nieces entertained with the huge space and games. The host was thoughtful and helpful as I had to make this booking last minute. Was most impressed by the amenities provided and well-equipped kitchen.

We loved our stay here, イ was great at communicating all check in instructions with us and helped us locate the place easily. It's a lovely house short walk from a train station and has lots of convenience stores and local restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

It’s perfect for anyone who enjoys being close to shopping, restaurants,, (evenTokyo Tower), yet still craves peace and quiet. Wanyi was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing great recommendations for restaurants and transportation options, and making sure all our needs were met. If you're looking for a place that offers both convenience and tranquility, this is definitely the spot! We’ll be back!

Amazing place to stay in Ikebukuro

Kiki was an amazing host! Every time my group had a question, it was always answered quickly. The house is amazing and cozy! The house is located near great grocery stores and local restaurants and bakeries. We loved our stay!!!!

Arrived late at the accom and had problem figuring out how to use the water heater but the hosts were responsive even though it was already 11pm at night. Overall it's a great stay for the price.

Check-in experience: The address is relatively easy to find, check-in is also self check-in, the information provided by the host is very detailed, the overall process is very simple and clear. There is a supermarket and convenience store at the intersection, it is very convenient to buy something everyday. Transportation: It is about 10 minutes by walk to the subway station or JR station, which is completely acceptable. It is also very convenient to take a look at Tokyo Tower near Zojoji Temple, making it a relatively ideal location. Matching facilities: The facilities are all fully equipped.Totally enough for everyday life. Garbage disposal: We have personally abided by the combustible; non-burnable and recyclable waste The sorting of these basics, the bins are right in the middle of the building, which doesn't bother renters a lot. Overall: In combination with the location and room facilities, I personally think this is a good value for money. There were some unexpected situations in the process of living, and the host was also active and very prompt in helping us.A sincere thanks to the host again here.

Host was super accomodating and lovely. Let us check our bags in early. They responded really quickly and it was a very easy check in and check out. Reccomended this place for anyone wanting to stay walking distance of Shinjuku but far enough away to have a bit more local vibe. Lots of great places to eat near by. Especially good Korean!

It was a pleasure to have chosen here among the many listings, the room's allotment suited our needs perfectly, especially the ground floor room for travelers with small babies.The atmosphere of the living room with the dining room is also good.There are no immediate neighbors (only across the walls) of this property, so it is relatively less afraid of disturbing people (and being disturbed.Of course there were still neighbors downstairs).All in all, a very pleasant living experience!

The room was very cosy and clean. Provided all the amenities that I required to feel at ease. The location is nice and away from the busy night life but may get a little noisy during the day, as it’s next to a fuel station. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would consider coming back in the future.

Recommended room!The location is not in the city center (so it's cost-effective), but transportation is convenient, there is a direct train to Shibuya shopping district, a direct train to Haneda Airport, and a direct bus to Disneyland!Close to Sensoji Temple and sky tree shopping center!The bathtub is great, especially for relaxing after a day of walking around😆. The refrigerator and freezer are both very big and can hold a lot of stuff!The washing machine is convenient to use.The bed is 1.5 meters, which is very good for a B&B in Tokyo, suitable for tall boys.You can also see the Skytree from the balcony!The only regret is that there is no cooking oil and salt, it is recommended to optimize ~

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Shinjuku, yet surprisingly quiet, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. The space was impeccably clean, with multiple bathrooms and toilets, making it convenient for our group. The beds were very comfortable, and the host’s thoughtful touch of stocking the fridge with complimentary beverages was much appreciated.
